Had a great first experience coming to this location the other day with my fiance!
We got a great deal on over a hundred pieces of truffles. Mix and match! It's was so much fun picking out all my favorites!

The staff was super friendly, and we even were offered a beverage while we shopped.

☆We had a half coffee half hot coca drink with salted caramel 😋

We will be back when this lot of candy runs out!

Lindt chocolate shop is amazing! Yes, it is a bit small but the chocolate is worth it and they even have vegan chocolate! Not many places have vegan options but this one does! Also they give you free samples and it is always great! The service is awesome and they do a good job presenting the chocolate and packaging it too!

This factory store location has nearly every flavor and type of Lindt Chocolate that they make available for purchase. Their truffle selection ranges from mint, to coconut, to mango, and everything in between. The best thing about this location are their sale items! They have imperfections and previous holiday chocolates for sale at discounted prices. If you're near the store, or visiting Hampton Beach, you absolutely should stop in and see what's available. Colin was very helpful, and he knows his chocolate inside and out.

Just received an order of 300 white chocolate truffles but unfortunately two 75 piece bags were missing and the ice packs were fully melted as were the truffles. I called customer service and spoke to Crystal, she is replacing my order. She was extremely kind and very professional. I've ordered this same pack numerous times and have never had all of the ice packs or truffles melted. I greatly appreciate their wonderful customer service and will most definitely continue purchasing from Lindt.

Lots of sales and options are available. Sampled the orange chocolate, yum! Love Linda's! Lots of parking. It is located in a back shopping area, so you need maps to get you there.

If you love to eat or give chocolate, this is the place to go to. The store clerks were very helpful, even thought they were very busy. They took the time to wish every person leaving the store a Merry Christmas. The checkout line was long, but moved quickly. I love their Easter candy as well. Been doing business with this store for many years.

My friends and I came in to get a gift for another friend. We have NEVER experienced such WONDERFUL customer service!! Jami was just so kind and went over and above to help us! We even bought more chocolate for ourselves and then she put our initials on each card in the bag so we would know who's is who's. She deserves more than just this review!

You get a sample..yay..lots of chocolate great flavors

Stopped in to purchase some gifts for the holidays. I was pleasantly greeted immediately and given a quick tour of the store. The manager Angela also assisted me in finding the perfect items. Another worker kindly brought my items to the car and loaded everything for me! Pleasant experience!!!

It's a candy store! What's not to love?

The manager, Collin, clearly loves serving people and, man, can he sell chocolate! I love going in there just to share his joy. Oh yeah, the chocolates selection is amazing and the quality is exceptional. "Ya gotta go there" - it's not just for the holidays!
