Mack was superb when I came in for a long list of Verizon account needs. Seriously, I had at least a dozen things I needed help with. He handled everything step by step and was professional, personable and prompt! I highly recommend this Verizon store, and Mack specifically!

Mack took the time to understand our situation and worked with us to find the best solution. He explained everything clearly and responded confidently to our questions. We are very happy with the products and services that we now have.

Brenna Osgood was THE VERY best at her job! She helped me get through some pretty technical stuff with my phones, and upgrades, and line changes. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She is super nice too. 10/10 would recommend!

Will was very friendly and helpful in setting up my phone And headset with the appropriate adapter so I could play music during my workouts. He also suggested I buy a glass protector for the front of my phone, not sure why it didn't already have one. Then he properly configured my phone to my car to fix the issue of disconnects. This was a very productive visit today which resolved three big issues. Thanks, Will!

Brenna was very professional in her approach to me. I have experienced a difficult situation outside of this store. Her calm voice, patient demeanor made me feel relaxed and showed me I have someone I can count on in the Stratham store. She goes above and beyond for her client, me. Graham helped me out with a problem on my iPhone today. He quickly resolved the problem. He was very personable and knowledgeable Great service!

Today I purchased a new Apple iPhone 15 . My sales rep ‘Will’ was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions without pressure. He was patient and polite in explaining the plans and what would work best for me. I also asked him for assistance in setting up the Bluetooth function in my car and drove out of there with that working as well. Would recommend this authorized retailer to anyone in need of a new device.

Having worked in the service industry for many years, I am able to recognize great customer service when I see it. Brenna not only went way over and above when it came to helping me with my new phone and plan, she was one of the kindest, most genuine, thoughtful service persons I've met in many, many years.
