Purchased an oven from here recently. Fantastic customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices can't be beat, our new oven was delivered, installed, and our old one was taken away all at a better price than either of the big box stores that are closer to me. Sales, service, and customer care have made me a customer for life, I know that they will take great care in making sure we are happy with any big ticket items we may need in the future.

Excellent source for appliance repairs! Have had 2 occasions to call Poulin’s for appliance repairs and the service was outstanding. These are great guys who know exactly what they are doing. They arrive when they say, fix the issue and charge a reasonable fee. While every call starts with a $79 service charge, they normally have the parts with them or can get back at the shop so make sure to tell them exactly what machine you have when you call. Honest? I felt very comfortable giving them access to my home while I was away so yeah. Most appliance parts are not very expensive even added to the service call fee and labor it is a fraction of what new appliances cost. I’m not saying keep the broken dryer that came over on the Mayflower but if you have something 10 years old and acting up- repair, through these guys is a great alternative to buying new.

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything from purchasing a new washer to getting it installed was easy and surprisingly fun. The basement, where the washer was going, is very compact and kind of pain. Even just walking down the stairs is treacherous sometimes. The guys brought our washer in and made quite a few very comical jokes and got our washer installed flawlessly. 10/10 will buy from again.... as long as it's not something being installed in our basement.
