Dave and the crew are all very knowledgeable and friendly when you approach the counter. When making an order, they respond very quickly when the order is ready to acquire. Dave especially, will research all avenues to attempt to find what I need and I applaud that. Most places I have been to would just state that they don't see it there. Not Dave: He digs around all his available distributors looking until he meets with success. Never seen a worker so committed to customer satisfaction.

First let's get things straight, this is a place for pros, plain and simple, guys with jobs to do and places to go. Yes they do service "Joe or Jane Homeowner " for quality electrical items and supplies, but if you look in the parking lot, it's job vans and pickup trucks.

Lisa and her staff are extremely knowledgeable AND friendly, but at busy times they may seem stressed, due to wanting to give contractors priority service. And if you want thrifty prices, go to the big box stores.

Quality and service are the big factors here, for pros.

Good experience except the manager stands outside with a sign that says "you must be this pro to shop". I guess I made the cut and got me some quality goods. But yeah again interesting experience...
