I think this is the best 99 Cents Store in Union City workers are very friendly and they try to help you the best way that they can

One of the cashiers keeps giving me short change... I bought items that were worth $2.25 and paid with $20 and he tried to give me change as if I gave him $10. And he has done this before. I don't know if he's doing this on purpose or doesn't know how to count but he should not be behind the register. Other than that, it's a decent neighborhood dollar store.
