Honestly, I'm giving this place a 4 out of 5 because I've only tried 1 thing on the menu. It's the fried fish platter, mine came with rice and salad, and pita bread. It was fantastic. As a selective foodie, cause I'm not really picky, just have a high quality taste palette. The rice and fish was so flavorful and seasoned! SEASONED WITH ACTUAL SPICES not just salt and black pepper with tarter sauce 😩. The fish was fried and crispy. They even put flavor in the rice with garlic too. 5/5 for my meal.

The people there are polite and accommodating. Willing to add things to cater to your taste, for me, I like spicy so they added jalapeno pepper. The first time I went there I actually just asked to use the bathroom, and they let me. Which was considerate, since I didn't have to buy anything.

I got there pretty late, but the guy at the front was patient and nice

The atmosphere was nothing special. It's like every other Hots establishment. However, I'm not sure why there are office chairs facing tables in the back end. Random, but maybe it was just that night

As for the price point, it's pretty pricey. Not different from the prices you'd see in Mall food.

I ordered this food for one person. It was crazy. The best place. I highly recommend it

Amazing steak subs an it was definitely a big plus that they were open late as no one ever is anymore definitely would suggest to anyone that wants amazing food pretty much anytime!

Walked in and asked for thier most popular order (got an amazing 👏 plate ) then talked to a regular who swears by thier subs! Win win! Alot of restaurants aren't open past 8 pm so consider west ridge hots!

Anything u get is amazing. Try out the Adana wrap and chicken and cheese baked potatoe.

Food was amazing. They're open late. Restrooms are clean and spacious. Lots of free parking. Highly recommend!

Your order is always made fresh..the smoothies are amazing..the fries are delish and the Gyro 🥙 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤...always clean...always friendly. I have never ate anything from here that was bad. And they stay open late

Stopped after the Puscifer show at the Kodak arena. Got a couple of hotdogs that were phenomenal. Came with some chili cheese onion toping. Wish I had taken a picture.

First time visit. Friendly service. Freshly grilled dogs. Good toppings. Over abundance of French fries! Lots of ketchup and napkins in the bag. 👍🏻👍🏻😊

Fantastic food for a good price. Typical "hots" menu (it's a WNY thing). Great service.

Good halal food. They so short staffed its a shame. They don't deliver everywhere anymore. I wish they were consistent with wearing gloves, its a old man there that refuse to wear gloves but keep touching food. They cook food and handle the money.

Please correct your hours on Google. I called ahead to be told only walk ins were being accepted. I come in 15 minutes later to be told they were closed. Adjust your times to accurately reflect when your staff no longer takes orders. Reply to this after the closing times on Google are corrected and i'll update my review.

EDIT: Thanks for updating your hours. Having up to date online info for your business helps as many customers get info online rather than calling. I've since was able to stop back in and had a great garbage plate.

Best steak sandwiches in Rochester.

The food came out right off the stove piping hot. Awesome! Oh and the chicken wrap was terrific. Fries are pretty good, nice and crispy.

And the crew here is friendly, just a good place to eat food.

I'd say this is by far the place with the best garbage plates right now. Their portions aren't as big as other places for the price, but they are pretty clean and really fast. If you call to order your plates, they're usually done in 10 minutes.

Open on new years!!!! Was only place open and they were busy. But super fast took maybe 7 minutes to get my order. Great good would definitely go here again.
