The service here is incredible and the staff are always kind. Sam did a great job with my prints and shipping and when we ran into a minor issue the manager, Gracie, was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family!!!

Very nice store and staff. Clean, accommodating and welcoming. I believe Rich was the name of the gentleman who helped us and he couldn't have been any nicer and helpful. While we were there we had witnessed other accommodations for customers, even when someone came in needing to drop off to a competing delivering company.

The UPS store is your one stop shop for everything. They even do Notory Services. Wr needed to return our Verizon Fios equipment since Fios isn't available in EA (total bummer) we didn't even need to have it boxed up. They did it all for us. They are awesome!

I live in another country overseas and when I come back to Western New York to visit I always visit a few places--to include this store to help me ship things back to my house.

I can leave things to be shipped with them and they ensure that they get there safely. I have never received a broken plate or cup when I needed to ship parts of our old kitchen to myself. I have shipped large items like paintings with zero damage upon arrival overseas.

Additionally, three separate times I have had custom laminates books and notes references books printed and bound in this store. I was always impressed with the quality and speed that things were shipped, and made for me. They excel at service with a smile.

Can't say enough good things! Additionally, I always like to support our Veteran owned and operated local businesses.

Have been using UPS store services for years. Never have I had such an wonderful experience! Yes, the customer service, as others mention, is outstanding, but Sue sets a "CAN DO" standard in her stores. Before going elsewhere for shipping, packing, printing, scanning, sign making, booklet creation, even shredding, make a beeline to Main St in E Aurora. They get projects done efficiently and professionally, and you'll be happy you did. Thank you, Sue! All the best for you in 2018!! Drove here from 20 mins away, sat in the parking lot for about 15 mins past 8am waiting for them to open. They did not and a few people left. The owner got in at 8:15am and explained he’s had an insanely tough time finding people to work and had a doctors appointment this morning. (Edited due to the understandable reasons.)

Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and very efficient; I am in and out in no time! I also love how they happily accept packing peanuts and boxes for reuse/recycle purposes. Not only do they make people happy, but they make the planet happy too. That is a quality business!

I needed a large poster printed in a short period of time. I emailed the file to The UPS Store they printed it and mounted it on foamboard for me in the time I needed it. It was less expensive than I was quoted at other places. The staff was very helpful and nice. They have earned my business from now on

Glad to see that East Aurora has this store, and one doesn't have to drive into the first-ring suburbs or the city of Buffalo to conduct business at one of these stores.

Great experience! Very friendly staff. Some people are leaving bad reviews for reasons that wouldn't have standing in a free state. Please check and you will see the pattern.

Over the years they have been great for shipping but recently they gave me lots of help printing a sign for my business. They also offered a lot more sign printing options that I didn't expect. Planning on using them again, and more often.
