went there with a few questions. all the reps there were very helpful. my issue was a little more intricate so manager, Jean, came out and helped me for as long as it took to answer all of my questions. he was very knowledgeable. highly recommended.

The people who work at the T-Mobile store in Bethpage are amazing. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had to return 3 times for different reasons and they were able to resolve my issues without difficulty. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Today I went in with the hopes of getting a upgrade or rather checking if I could get one. Though I wasn’t able to get one today the sales rep Alexis was GREAT. She had no problem helping me get information that was needed and offered me a great solution. I will be returning to this location for sure

The knowledge, helpfulness and most importantly customer satisfaction is second to none. Data transfer to installing my screen protector. Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit this T-Mobile. I had broken the Samsung phone I had purchased there several years earlier. It would have been impossible for the store manager and sales person to have treated me any better. The combined technical knowledge they possessed, was incredible. For an industry that is changing on what seems to be an hourly basis, that is saying something. Anything I didn't understand they took the time to explain it to me in terms that I could understand.
They were both professional and courteous. They took care of all my problems.
I will recommend this T-MOBILE to all my friends.

By far the best T-Mobile experience I had. I was referred by a friend who told me to go see Cameren. Cameren is the new manager at this location & let me tell you he is the absolute best! Very professional & is very attentive to everything that is going on. Very educated, he will definitely answer all questions you may have. I switched from AT&T & he could have not made this any easier for us. The whole process went very smooth. I am use to being in a phone store for hours. I would recommend everyone to definitely go to this TMobile location. This experience here is unforgettable. I will be referring family and friends. Thank You Cameren!!!

Always a great experience at this T-Mobile store. Shay and Preeti are so helpful and knowledgeable! We have six lines with T-Mobile for two years now and the service is wonderful.

Taskin was extremely helpful. Patient in assisting with phone purchase and upgrade. Everyone who has serviced our tmobile account at Bethpage goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

I switched phones from an iphone 8 plus to an 11 and it was the most complicated thing because of all the data and information i had on my phone, thank goodness for Shay at the store, he worked daily to make the switch possible, and for me to not loose anything on my old phone. Every obstacle we came across he found a way around making it easier for me. I highly recommend comming to this location where they make it about the customer, and having Shay help you! Thankyou so much for all your help!

I've been coming to this location for about a year and I don't know what happened but there are some new faces and business is completely different the staff is very knowledgeable unlike before I'm happy to come back to the T-Mobile store in bethpage I used to go all the way to other locations for better service now I'm back at home
