AT&T Store

Walked in without an appointment. Brought a broken phone. Rep talked to me about a few options. I told him we did not want to upgrade the plan as the upgrade was very expensive compared to what we had.
He agreed and set us up with a great phone for a few bucks a month. By the time I went next door to get coffee, he had the deal done, the phone out and transferring data.
Very, very polite and professional.

Came in to casually look at iPhone for my husband and met Fernando. He was so easy to work with and not pushy. I ended up trading myself from Verizon to first net. We will be coming back here for any issues or upgrades. Walked out with two new iPhones within a small amount of time.

Great experience and Chrissy the Manager was a big help so was the owner Ahmed.
Even got my company to consider switching to them to improve our field service with a better phones and laptops!

I went to this store with my wife because we were in need of updated phones. My wife’s phone stopped working over 2 months ago. This was one of our first outings since quarantine. Neil was superb! He spent over 2 hours with us. He gave us a great deal and set up both phones. He was patient and put some much attention to Explain every detail about the phones to us. I felt comfortable and safe in the store. The store was also very clean. Thank you Neil for your expertise! He is definitely the Tech Guy you would want to see for any phone issues. He went above and beyond. :-)

I really liked the customer service they provided. I came in and they helped me transfer from Sprint, I went to different AT&T stores but they kept on sending me to different places. I really liked their service, Jay and Neil helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone that I bought at their store. I liked their hospitality and how clean they keep the store. I will definitely come back to this store, they also gave me a discount on a case and screen protector.

Neil assisted me. He is very patient and kind. Informative and helpful. He informed me of the first responder promotion and helped me understand why is is an advantage for me. He assisted me with an upgrade reversal which I have had multiple problems with and had contacted AT&T by phone with no resolution of the issue. With 1 phone call he had the problem handled. I was very impressed and happy I went into that store.

Phenomenal customer service! Neil really took great care of me and my mom while we set up a family plan. Highly recommend this store. The entire team was very kind knowledgeable and helpful :) One of the best customer services experiences I've ever had, let alone from a cell phone company.

The service at this store is amazing. Alex took the time to not only answer all of our questions in regards to upgrading our phones but he also took the time to find us the best network plan for a cheaper price than what we were originally paying. I have gone to previous att stores around the area but this store by far has the most patient and knowledgeable staff that are willing to spend hours to help you.

Neil and Tony are absolutely amazing! My iPhone suddenly stopped working yesterday and they hooked me up today! They took care of me like I was family! Definitely recommending this to all my friends and family.

This was my first time coming to the store as a new at&t customer and let me tell you Neil provided the best customer service from beginning to end. Neil and Ahmad were amazing, as they helped me get a new phone. They were also very patient as they answered all my questions and made my son and I feel very comfortable as we waited for my old phones information to be transferred. Highly recommend this store!

I’d like to say something about my time at the store on Bronxville Rd. There is a young man who helped my wife and I beyond his duties. I mean he took the time to explain and actually show us the way, he set me up with an appointment with Apple for the next day, we were so pleased by his attention to detail that we got my wife a new phone! Hows that for customer service! I hope you keep this young man around for a long time because he’s most definitely an asset to your company! His name is Jay Cardenas....
