If you thinking about purchasing from this Ashley location, I would without a doubt ask if Eric V. is on the floor to help you with what your looking for. I am unfortunately very indecisive and Eric V. had all the patience in the world for me. He listened to what I was looking for & helped me explore all my options. I ended up purchasing the Maimz with ottoman. It was a perfect alternative to the chaise I was originally going to purchase. I also purchased the furniture removal, and it was worth every penny. The delivery guys were equally as professional, quick, and very hard working. All in all 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Our entire experience was very pleasant from the moment we walked in. The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Belkis. She was AMAZING! We told her what we were looking for and she went through many options with us and was very patient with us as we had a ton of questions. She helped us secure everything and extended her help should we need anything else after our purchase. She was so great! I highly recommend this place!

Great buying experience. No pressure from the team. Donna has an intuitive sense with her audience, which is key. Nobody likes to be sold anything. I felt at ease in going through my process of picking a couch with my wife.

Mariano was very helpful and knowledgeable! Felt welcomed upon entrance and helped immediately. Got the best prices for all pieces purchase with 0 interest for a year! Excellent furniture, prices and staff.

My experience was interesting. I must say the first visit to the location on Thursday was horrible the Sales associate was very rude. I get it it’s sales and you want the sales being in the business I understand at the same time if a customer ask for a better price because of online pricing do not get and attitude and state well get it from there.

So I went home and started app and ordered one item myself and then went back to the location on Sunday and ordered 3 additional items with Donna Morgan who was more professional and I would definitely purchase from her again.

I'm very happy with my new living room furniture. It was delivered earlier then scheduled but that was not an issue. Everyone acted in a professional manner and the tables were put together well. Overall I'm a happy customer.

Went to store in new Rochelle and Mariano was so respectful and knowledgeable it was a joy to work with him and we even bought a tv stand with insert when we were only looking for a recliner.what a pleasure to do business with him he is a real asset to your team.

Although what we were looking for was not in showroom, Melanie, our salesperson, listened to what we wanted in a recliner and found one for us on their kiosk. We ordered it and it will arrive next Tuesday. Can’t wait!

Donna acknowledged me as soon as walked through the door even while she was helping another couple. She took stock of exactly what I was there for as I searched the show room floor. With her immediate help I was able to choose a piece I felt comfortable with and Donna did the rest !

Mariano went above and beyond for us with our new sofa set! He made everything so quick and easy! Highly recommend stopping in and seeing him! Thank you Mariano!

Tiana was particularly helpful, efficient, professional, and very nice. She made the transaction over the phone feel seamless, when it otherwise could have been quite challenging.

We thought we know what we wanted before we got to the Ashley store in New Rochelle. We were looking for a loveseat and a sofa, and we had been searching for it online and i the stores for several weeks. The sales rep, Mrs. Donna Morgan, was so friendly, patient and understanding that she steered us thru all possible options without a single feeling of "being pushed". She insisted to take us to the other end of the store just to feel the materials and sit on the sofa itself countless times, just for the sake of getting rid of any doubts and discomfort in our minds. She even did not lose her natural smile when we changed our minds in the very last second after she had completed most of the paperwork. This was the most pleasing shopping experience we had in so many years. This in fact was a reason why online shopping can/should never replace the experience in the shops -at least for such items like you need to see/touch for yourself.

He was beyond patient with my wife and I (she's very picky) the guy never got annoyed at all the mind changes she had and was extremely knowledgeable on this subject. Tiana was very personable and knowledgeable of the bed I was interested in. The challenge I experienced which wasn’t the best is having to call back to ask a question. The call tree is too long and I wasn’t able to reach the store despite numerous attempts.

First time ever shopping at Ashley furniture. The sales representative were outstanding. My first experience was outstanding.
