I had the same problem with another item I ordered online and they actually piloted the order and took the money out of my account now I am having a hard time getting my money back and a refund on that order

Ordered a pair of air buds and a little boombox. Money was deducted out my bank account. Its almost a month now and no air buds or boombox. Smh...

Update... after posting this review, I did receive all items. However, it took longer than expected. I changed my one star to three stars because of the time. Also the the boombox and the ear buds work great..

Ordered some ear buds a month ago and they still haven't shipped them. And they are not responding to my emails. Not happy.

Bought some ear buds they still haven't shipped them in June I ordered them so on June 25 I emailed them still haven't received anything and was told they hadn't shipped so I told them to refund my money forgot about it til I saw the old email and asked what's up and they gave me a bogus link that said they delivered them on 6/8 to ask other residents in my home and contact USPS and exhaust all options there then maybe they'd accept a request for another set so beware they don't send your orders here it is December and they still have not made it right so now it’s off to the trade commission and bbb tomorrow I file the complaints
