I greatly appreciate the atmosphere in the store. As soon as you walk in your greeted and they begin to help you on the spot. They definitely top every hardware store I've been in. As I was leaving I noticed they had dog leashes, collars, and harnesses. Glad I seen that. I know where I will be replacing my dogs harness that mysteriously went missing. Thank you Dan's for being an outstanding business for the community.

Forget the big box stores. If you need something for a project or home repair, Dan's should be your first stop. Friendly folks always willing to help you find what you're looking for. They also have small engine repair.

Nice hardware store everything is well stocked, only wish I had one in my town.

Staff is very helpful. The organization has just about anything you need for your home in the line of hardware and a little bit of home gardening equipment . Always there to answer your questions and make sure you leave the store with a proper items for the job at hand. Also , they have in house repair shop for your small tools and chain saw , mower repair, etc.. I have counted on them for years and I am a very satisfied customer.

My husband and I have shoped here a few times over the last couple years . They Always have what we need, they Greet us with a smile and Always offer to help find whatever it is we need. If we lived closer by, we would shop here more. So I Highly Recommend this place for any and all of your Hardware Needs!

Dan's hardware is awesome, if he doesn't have it he will get it. Hands down the best customer service anywhere ill pay a few extra bucks to support local buisness and get the highest level of service.

I absolutely love this hardware store. They offer so many different products and services. There are always plenty of employees to assist you in finding what your looking for. Small town store that's owner operated who cares about your business. This is truly a fantastic place to shop! I always choose to do business here over a big box store for how personable and appreciated you are for the business your bringing to the establishment. Just go ahead and stop if your in Phenix City, you won't be disappointed!

I have been in this store several times over the years and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They are so knowable and if they don’t know they will get someone else to help you. I have never been in this store where the staff had an attitude or been rude. It very convenient and reasonable in price. I love shopping at Dans Hardware Store.

Greatly appreaciate a hand by Dans Hardwaware. Was on a chandelier light cleaning project close by , when i misplaced a key to a much needed a frame ladder to succesfully do job ! Dans helped out and provided a grinder to cutt lock ! Hats off to and old school class of business to reach a hand of assistance !

I just spotted in here today for the first time while headed elsewhere, figured I’d stop. All employees were very attentive & helpful asking if I needed help and courteous. Even though they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, I did manage to find a few other things I needed. The owner Dan was very nice at checkout, offering an alternative to my original find.
This store is well staffed and stocked wall to wall with most everything u could ever need inside & out. I highly recommend visiting this place, you won’t be disappointed. 👍👍😁

This is my favorite local hardware store. Dan and his staff is the most knowledgeable people on equipment and supplies than any one in the area. I have bought all my yard equipment here for the last 12 years.
I always ask their recommendation on what to purchase. And they have not let me down yet. I have purchased chain saw, weed eaters and more. One chain saw they recommended 12 years ago has been well used and abused and still kicking. Starts every time first pull.
This is really the place to go if your needing yard and hardware supplies.

This is hands down the best customer service in the area. Everyone that works there is helpful and pays attention to the customers. The owner should be proud!

They repaired a chainsaw for me and did a good job . They also have the best selection hardware and home stuff that I have ever seen !
