MY FAVORITE STORE!!
Occasionally I find things that are priced too high, but normally I find super deals. I know how to sew, so if I find clothing that doesn't fit well, I don't mind tailoring it to fit me. Furniture - we have found many wonderful pieces, many we bring home and refinish. We bought a dining table for $25, that needed refinishing. We spent a weekend sanding the top and applying polyurethane. In the end it is beautiful. Many people ask where we got our table, and we tell them at St. Vincent de Paul in Watertown!
The French Provincial bed was from St. Vincent, it originally was dark brown, and I painted in beige and gold. The vintage burgundy lamp (not the lamp shade) was also bought at Vinney's. The large dark brown baroque mirror was bought there too. The dining room buffet was also bought there - $25! To be fair, the front of the dining buffet was broken off, and my husband repaired it, we added bun feet, and did a light refinishing.

When the realtor showed up to take professional pictures before we listed our home, she kept saying, "This looks like a magazine!", and she couldn't believe that most of our home furnishings were from Vinney's in Watertown. We have a good eye, and don't mind putting a little work in, after we bring the pieces home.

I highly recommend this store to anyone.

A very clean store with a great selection. Well organized. Not so packed/crammed that you can't see what is available. Nice changing room.

A very clean bright clean store. Most prices here are much better than you will find at Vinnies around Madison. Usually always some kind of sale going on.The book area has been enlarged and now better organized. Some negative posts clearly are fake. Seems certain people post the same negative posts for several different stores. There is NO owner person. Checking out can be slow. While being closed, much work seemed to have been done inside. A whole new more "upscale" look. Nice displays. Many nice furniture items. Very fair prices.

Found so many great items! The store looked beautiful and I loved finding vintage items at a fraction of the cost I have found at others. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only sad moment was when I realized that they only took cash...I still came home with $12 of treasures!

I love this place. The electronic guy in the back is AWESOME. Even if you don’t see something on the floor, you can ask him, and he will most likely have it in the back- and you can’t beat the prices. I was looking for an old controller for my ancient ps2, and he had a collection in the back. no rift raft here!

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, and some of the nicest displays I've seen in a thrift store. Highly recommend!

Like every other place they are short staffed most of the work force is volunteers.good prices friendly people.they have a lot of nice merchandise at a fair price.people who complain want something for nothing!!

Great prices for the most part and there's something different there every day which makes it fun to shop because you never know what you are going to find.
