CVS

The CVS in Holliston on Central is a friendly place where I can quickly get what I need whether it is a product or advice. I am always greeted happily here. At checkout I am always asked if I could find everything or if I need something else. I have shopped at CVS in California, New York, Virginia, and North Carolina. The best CVS is in Holliston, MA!

Dylan was very helpful. He greeted me when I entered the store and asked if I needed help to find anything. He reminded me I had extra bucks to use which I appreciated.

...I yelped in pain and a young lady with dark hair--who was vexing over some order she had to fill--stopped and asked if I was okay. I was looking for a knee brace; it was clear she worked at the pharmacy... She insisted on helping me, and she did so thoroughly, inspecting the knee braces with me...

She went above and beyond, as much as I hate that phrase. I wish I could recall her name so she gets the recognition she deserves for being a heckin' good human.

Well, how to say this: CVS is what it is, but shoutout to Daniel Buffum, who saved my brother's life when he experienced a massive heart attack there this morning. Daniel immediately started CPR, and kept my brother alive until the ambulance arrived. Doctors said that without this instant intervention my brother would have been dead or at least suffered brain damage. Nope. He had immediate surgery when he got to the hospital, and he's sitting up in bed and talking to us. I don't know whether supplying CPR training is standard at CVS or we were just lucky, but I am incredibly grateful for Daniel's help.

The new pharmacist is great! Should retry if you had issues before here. Love the pharmacy techs!

The Pharmacy Techs are very friendly and helpful. They always greet us with a smile and answer any questions we have. The Pharmacists are also very helpful and knowledgeable. They are busy so they may not chit chat a ton with you but they are professional and kind. I have seen customers be extremely rude to the staff here over insurance concerns, etc. I think people need to distinguish between insurance, doctors offices, and what CVS staff can do and be more respectful to the staff.

They would get 5 stars but there is sometimes a wait to get medication ordered, due to the small size of the Pharmacy I understand they can only have so much on hand.

Cvs closes before their posted hours, keeps the lights on and everything, but the door is locked before the scheduled closing time. Tricks a lot of customers into going before close just for it to be closed early with no warning. Workers are generally friendly though.

Staff is friendly, but at 9:20 the pharmacy wasn't open as advertised.

Would have been one star, but the cashiers are usually pleasant and helpful, so I do appreciate that. That's where it ends. Typically, we go there for the Pharmacy. Of late, they have reduced hours, and it seems that they have reduced interest in their customers. Frequently, the techs or pharmacists are rude. They seem uninterested in your challenges. People don't go to the pharmacy for the luxury, but it sure seems like they assume this. There are definitely some workers than can be helpful, but it has now been more the exception than the rule unfortunately. We have now started using a competitor.
