Probably the cleanest, nicest dunkin donuts I've ever been to

Updating my review, because I must say the place has changed drastically since they first opened.
Staff is amazing now! Very tentative with the orders, and ensuring best customer service.
It's a night and day difference from my first visits to now. What a difference a great staff makes!

This Dunkin' has improved, and the staff is more attentive and friendly. The overall atmosphere is more inviting. Also, the food and coffee are tastier. The shop is neat and well-maintained, and the service is prompt and efficient

This Dunkin is amazing! I was running late for work and I really needed my coffee, it took just about a minute or two. Workers are nice, all things considered that it’s early in the morning and no one is trying to be nice.

Womens make better coffee. Big parking lot, fast service. And the most IMPORTANT IS bathroom OPEN !!. FOLLOW ME ON IG angeljpolanco

Went here recently, the service was timely and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Good food and clean looking eating area.

No store is perfect but this is the closest I've had to that with a dunkin location. The breads seem fresher and are cooked/toasted just right, the drinks are always what you ordered, the space is large and clean, and the staff is friendly. I literally drive 10 minutes to/from this store, passing 2 other dunkin locations, a few times a week because I know I won't be frustrated or disappointed with what I bought.

Sometimes it can get hectic during rush periods but when it's busy the staff work flat-out. Occasionally, people start pacing and grumbling about standing for 3 minutes waiting for their food but you can clearly see there are 10+ mobile orders that all came in at the same time.

A woman named Kate (who seems like a manager?) is a machine when things are busy and is so ontop of things. She's the person you root for on undercover bosses that gets 20k, and a vacation, and a job at corporate, at the end of the episode.

I always stop their in Hopkinton, Ma the mornings on my way to work. The manager has gotten to know me and knows what I normally get. So when I walk in the door she's right on top of it. She's friendly and efficient and deserves a lot of credit for all she does and not just with the customers. But with her staff and makes sure that they follow along with what she expects from her and that dunkins is run smooth and kept clean.

Probably got a Medium French Vanilla or Carmel Iced Coffee with extra cream and 2 sweet and lows, a Large Iced Water, and a Diet Coke or Regular Coke!!!!

The best Dunkin in the whole world!!!

This place is so different than any other dunkins I've been to. Keep up the great work.. I make a point to stop there before I hit the highway. Thank you for being so clean and friendly.
