Big shout out to the boys at Napa in Gypsum! Saved my a$$ 2 days in a row!! Both times I stopped at AutoZone first (it is closer to me) and they didn't have the part in stock. One part I had to order at $53 and the other one they didn't even have an idea of what I was looking for. Went to Napa and not only did they have the parts in stock, the one that cost $53 at AutoZone cost me $14 with them! Needles to say I'll be going to them first from now on!

I am doing a v8 swap in my Chevy colorado. This kind of project makes it hard to find parts so I turned to the experts. I talked to Katie at the counter and she was extremely helpful. Most importantly if she didn't have the answer she asked around and got the answer. This kind of customer service is rare these day. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Go see Katie and she'll take good care of you.

The guys here are great. My son was broken down on the interstate and I went in as soon as they opened to get the parts to repair his car. They got my parts in just a couple of minutes and even gave me a military discount because my son is in the military. Friendly fast service.

Hands down the only parts place you need. No other parts place is worth the time. If you're also tired of going to parts stores where they put wide-eyed High-school graduates behind the counter, then you best check out the Gypsum Napa. The staff are knowledge, professional, and courteous - and they don't mess around. Robert is the man. Ken is the man. Appreciate all you guys do to keep our trucks on the ground.

I'm somewhat of an automotive Savvy guy so I will say that I've shopped at Napa my entire life. These guys are great, always fast, always reliable, if they don't have the parts I need they point me in the right direction to find them that day. Anything that I have not had the knowledge for I give Napa a call for some true Napa Know How experience. One of the key things besides customer service is their Parts warranties when applicable.

I had to return some struts I had gotten from here. the clerk was super nice and I purchase the struts with the credit card didn't have the card with me and she refunded me in cash. Highly recommend
