Timberline Tours

We had an absolute blast with Timberline Tours Snowmobiling! I was really impressed with how much rideable property they have, and the views at the higher elevation points were beautiful. Our guide, Dave, did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the tour making sure we were comfortable and having a good time. He is also quite knowledgeable regarding the wildlife in the area with a particularly keen eye for stoats! Also, the photographs turned out great. I didn't realize how many they took until we got back to the lodge but we had plenty to choose from and they got my good side. Lol. Thanks again Dave, The Rapid Image Team and the rest of staff at Timberline that made us feel welcome the entire time! 10/10

Thirty five of us went on a rafting and dinner trip as part of a family business retreat. Trip exceeded our expectations. Kids and adults had a lot of fun. Guides were awesome. Very personable, safety conscious and entertaining. Food was good and waiting for us when we got off the river. The transportation, rafting trip and dinner were very well organized. We would definitely use Timberline Tours again.

We did the half day Shoshone River rapids on the Colorado River! We had an 11 & 12 year old with us if that helps :)

We had a awesome time on our backcountry keep tour from Beaver Creek with Max! The first impression is the always the key, Max was exactly on time picking us up at the hotel. Throughout the tour, Max provided details on the area, interesting nuances and kept us engaged the whole time, he also drove very safely (important to us as we had our kids with us). We will definitely be booking the rafting and other Jeep tours when we are back in the area.

We LOVED our experience with Timberline Tours in Avon, Co. The staff was incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic and professional. Our guide, Collyn, was awesome! He was engaging, interesting and knowledgeable about...well, everything! We will be back and raft with Timberline Tours again.

As soon as we got there, our horses were quickly gotten ready and we were able to start our tour. Our guide, Sophie knew a lot about the area and was very friendly to talk to. We had a lot of fun on the tour.

Had Chris and Greg as our tour guides for the Numbers rafting. Super fun time and very professional, has a blast on the river and would recommend using this company. Phenomenal experience. River was higher than normal due to winter snow which changed the rapids and made it a great trip.

We had the best white water rafting day. Kim was THE BEST guide! Definitely ask for her. Very well run and all the staff was so nice.

These guys are incredible. We were a big family group with a mixture of nervous adults, young children and thrill seeking teenagers. Booking was easy and check in was straightforward with good clean facilities. After a longish bus ride we were on the water. They split the teenagers and adults/ young kids. The teenagers had a BLAST. Their guide, Brighton kept it really fun, commanding their respect and keeping them safe but giving them an exciting, unforgettable experience. For the rest of us with Nate, it was equally exciting but very well managed. Safe and fun. Boxed lunch was fine. Long, drive back with traffic but we left overwhelmingly happy!

Very fun experience! Christy from Australia was such a funny and entertaining white water rafting guide! Best place to go if you are in Vail. We did the Shoshone Double Thriller, and it was a blast-drive was not to long! Use this service!

We had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Our guide, Kim, is amazing. She went out of her way to help manage the run safely. She took care of us and took the anxiety away from my little daughter. We can’t recommend her enough. We will be back!!

Cannot say enough positive things about Ben Hilley as our guide. Ben knows so much about so many different things. What a great day we had because of Ben…simply THE best.

Timberline tours was awesome. Nate was our guide; he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and really humorous, despite having no visual cues because of masks. We had some young kids on the raft and he made everyone comfortable and confident. We also chatted it up with Otto on the bus ride. Really friendly guy who kept pointing out landmarks. Great trip (double Shoshone adventure) for families and the touring company was top notch.

We had an awesome experience ! The guides were professional, personable, and made us feel super comfortable on the river ! Our guides, Todd Greg and Ant were so fun to raft with!! The staff at the boat house were also super friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be coming back to raft with them again!

Fantastic experience with Timberline Tours. We rafted the upper Colorado with Michelle as our guide. She treated my kids as her own and they absolutely loved the experience. Due to numbers, I trailed the raft in a 'duckey' and that was a great experience as well. Great job by the Timberline crew. All 15 family members thought it was well done!
