Great store for a beginning rafter like me. Beau was really helpful selling me things I needed without trying to sell things I don't need to get started right. Answered every Newbie question I had without making me feel like I was wasting his time. He was stoked to help get me on the water. Excellent customer service isn't dead, it lives in Gold Hill Oregon.

Beau is a good guy, and he knows his stuff. He's a hard-core rafter himself. Beau also used to manage the service and repair shop at Sotar. Sawyer Station carries a wide assortment of rafting equipment from top-brand manufacturers like Willie's, Down River, NRS, and AIRE, plus they have a huge selection of Sawyer oars. My only complaint is that they charge top-dollar for their equipment, so expect to pay full retail price for their stuff. You're paying for the convenience. You can buy rafting equipment cheaper elsewhere if you shop.
