AT&T Store

I recently stopped in, looking for a new phone. Earnest explained my options to me about replacing my existing phone or upgrading it. If everything turns out the way it is supposed to, I will be pretty happy. I was able to trade my phone in on the spot to get the credits rolling. This store was also nice, clean, and we'll taken care of. Stop in to see Earnest.

Alejandra from this store deserves 10 stars out of 5 star review! Ale was the most professional, friendly, caring, smart and just an awesome person that I had a pleasure working with. I was hesitant to go back to this location because of my really bad experiences, but Ale made up for all the bad experiences that I've had. I can't thank her enough for being there to help me and she really was the best!

A week ago I met Manager Chris and Victor on my first visit, on my second visit I met Michael!…I have been visiting the store and observed the excellent teamwork, until finally the problems was resolved…They exhibited excellent teamwork, while multitasking…..At one point I noticed there were about six or seven customers present…Chris and Michael ensured that everyone was greeted on arrival and instructed on the approximate wait time! I also noted Chris’s attention to details.
Chris and his staff should be commended for a job well done!…

Can't say enough about my experience at this store today. My phone died and I needed not only a new phone but I also had to move my 3 lines from Verizon to AT&T. Coupled with not being an authorized user on my husband's account, this made for a complicated situation. I waited an hour for my family member to arrive so we could begin the transaction but during that time, Mike Taylor and manager Chris kept me laughing. They informed me about some insider's tricks, gave me the best deals and switched my 3 lines while we all got to know one another. I hate getting a new phone but they made a terrible situation as best as it could be. Thank you Mike and Chris and thank you AT&T for the phone deals. You now have a new customer who has held her Verizon account for the past 15 years.

I just got the new iPhone 13 on Saturday. Everyone there was professional and asked us right away what we were looking for. Along with that, they kept us updated on when we would be next to be helped. Jared helped me set up my new phone. I highly recommend him. He knew what he was doing and was very fun to talk to. He made the experience of getting a new phone quite enjoyable.

Cali, Manager at Norristown store is fabulous! She's super patient, professional, technically smart, caring, giving simple but exact directions. The store transferred data from an S7 to my new S20 FE in just 30 minutes. She can multitask, manage the store, knows the inventory well when another employee said in would have to buy my car charger at AT&T on line. Cali deserves every possible advancement and pay compensation you can provide. The store has 3 employees last 2 days so service is fast. AT & T is fortunate to have someone Cali!!! Congrats to Cali!

Months later, I went back to the same store on Germantown Pk. and Jared was kind enough to put on my replacement screen protector, which had a Lifetime Guarantee on it. He was helpful, professional and efficient! Thank you Jared!

I purchased a new iPhone 13 pro. When I performed the transfer of data from my old iPhone the transfer did not work properly. The phone thought there were two numbers when I only had one. I spent over three hours with ATT customer support and there Advanced support. By the time I was done with support the phone did not work at all. Support told me to go to the ATT store. As you can imagine I was extremely frustrated. When I returned to the store I was greeted by Jared who I explained the situation. He was extremely professional and informed me don’t worry he new how to fix the problem. I told him that was what support said as well. To my amazement Jared resolved the issue within five minutes!! My recommendation if you have an issue don’t waste time with support see Jared.

This location is a corporate location. The representatives are very knowledgeable and caring. They explain in detail about your bill, merchandise, and phone plans. Angela is the representative that went above and beyond to help me twice. She was very patient, caring and helpful. I observed the other representatives as well and they too had happy people smiling and satisfied. The store is very clean and free parking is available. Just a block away from three malls in case you're hungry or want to shop. I recommend At&t and recommend this location for customer satisfaction.

AT&T in King of Prussia located near Mall Blvd is a nice store to visit or purchase phones,computer hotspots and all types of accessories. The staff there is very knowledgeable,and friendly. Parking can be a little difficult other than that I really like this store. The staff went out of their way helping me hook up my new Wifi box. And if I had and problems to come back to the store. They even helped me carry out my computer. I definitely recommend this store. And the owner he's very kind and nice and he definitely taught the people who work there excellent customer service skills. I'm disabled but I wouldn't go to any other store. The ride is worth it 100 percent and a big thank you to the owner.
