Went when they first opened. Worked with Joseph. Great customer service. Process was easy. Was in and out in about an hour and a half and I didn’t find that unreasonable as what took the longest was my iPhone transfer from old phone to new phone. This will definitely be my location for to go to for my needs moving forward.

I cannot speak highly enough about the manager, Joseph, at this store. He is exceptional - especially versus the typical AT&T reps on the phone. Jospeh is attentive, knowledgeable, and honest. He clearly cares and does a real service to his store and the AT&T brand. Fully recommend this location.

The AT & T store on south Route 73 is , from my personal and very recent interaction; an excellent
establishment for those in need of assistance in the
purchase and utilization of electronic communication
devices .

The staff , Pam and Briana , are friendly , accommodating and very knowledgeable. They were
more than helpful in explaining and responding to my questions. I needed to replace two phones and add
a third and Pam, despite encountering technical
difficulty imposed upon her and her co- worker by the store’s internal technical difficulties , did a great job in fixing my issues. I would recommend this store

We had to go to the store because att online could not resolve the problem. They actually made it worse. So when we got to the store the guy was really nice and fixed the situation in minutes.

Joseph is amazing and so knowledgeable. He was honest and made the experience fun! I highly recommend!

So if you need to go to the ATT Store I highlyyyy recommend this AT&T branch in West Berlin( moving to Voorhees in the near future) and dealing with Pam! She is the most down to earth, patient, knowledgeable sales rep I have dealt with in a veryyyy long time!!! She's what customer service is truly about ! Not the customer being right but making you feel at ease and no pressure yet has an answer for all the crazy questions... she totally had a smile on her face the whole time and I am now a forever customer !!!

My husband and I stopped in to upgrade my phone and add a line for our daughter. We came in with our rambunctious 1 year old son. Briana was extremely accommodating, super informative, and helped us get everything we needed. We were doing a cross upgrade which can be tricky, but she handled the transaction effortlessly and was absolutely amazing with our son. After a string of less than ideal interactions with other AT&T locations, we were apprehensive to say the least, but Briana restored our faith in AT&T and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. We can’t thank Briana enough for her exceptional customer service.

I went to this att location yesterday because something came up on my bill that was out of the ordinary and I didn’t know what it was. Stephanie was working and she was very sweet and attentive. It was so nice to go to an att location that wasn’t so hectic. Stephanie also helped me pick out my upgrade for my new iPhone and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely come back to this store in the future.

Joseph was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Definitely the best of the best; what AT&T should strive for with customer service.

I have never had such great service at an AT&T location as I did here! On Tuesday I had gone to the location on Cross Keys Rd with all intentions for purchasing a new iPhone XR. The girl who started helping me payoff a phone and close out an extra line didn’t have time to stay and make a sale and the guy that took over gave me false information, telling me I had to go home and back my phone up to iTunes or I would loose everything. They lost a sale!! I walked into the Berlin store on Thursday afternoon very frustrated. I was never able to download iTunes to my laptop and I desperately needed a new phone (my 6 was constantly freezing). I told the manager my story He asked to see my phone. Come to find out, it was already completely backed up into the cloud. He was awesome. And I walked out with a brand new iPhone XR.

Stephanie was super helpful. Took the time to walk through everything. The manager Pam was also very nice and friendly. Would recommend. Great experience
