Great place had glowberry prime and a hole fridge of prime owner it’s me the kid and the adult James you sall me when you were out of glowberry bottles and had the powder

The young guy working there knew exactly what I was looking for. He was respectful, and very knowledgeable about the products. He pointed out what I came in for and when I described needing a new stronger pre workout mix he suggested but then gave me the options based on the flavors. I gave it a shot and he was right. Excellent flavor and packs a serious punch.
Great guy to represent the store. I was able to get helped and I was back on the road no time. Will definitely be back soon. A++

The gentleman working was very professional knowledgeable helpful and kind. He was understanding and held no judgement about a very sensitive subject and made me feel very confident about the supplements I was purchasing.

The associate was extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations for the supplements I purchased. This GNC had a huge selection to choose from and he was able to help me pick ones that were tailored to my needs. I'll be going here from now on!

Good products but disappointing when you drive across town Saturday morning to find them still closed 15 minutes after "opening time"

The customer service at the store has greatly decreased in recent months since the staff has changed. The manager Cody is amazing and is always helpful, and seemingly very knowledgable. However, the current employees around him are less than helpful and quite frankly very rude. For what seems like forever a young man as well as an older gentleman were working in the store with Cody. These employees made shopping at GNC an amazing experience, and both seemed to genuinely care about the customer experience. These two employees have since departed(so it seems) and have been replaced by a young lady. In my experience as well as a friend that also frequently shops at this GNC, this employee spends the majority of the time you are in the store on her phone, only looking up when addressed directly. In addition to this, when the employee is addressed it seems as if you are bothering her with your presence, and you are given very short answers with little helpful information. The only time this employee seems to want to speak to you is when offering the Pro membership, to which you are greeted with a rude look and scoff if you do not say yes immediately. I am unsure what the reasoning was for the sudden change in staff, but it was an extreme downgrade and I will likely be shopping elsewhere until it is corrected, which is a shame because as i said the manager is amazing, and this GNC was the best i had experienced up until about a month ago.
