Lowe's Home Improvement

This is a great store with wide range of varieties of goods required for household, home improvement, and gardening. I like the clearance section of gardening with great deals. Proud to have a store like this in our vicinity.

I was looking for flooring information, and the first 2 guys left the area to assist someone else. Then Spencer came and was a humongous asset. He was very thorough with his explanation and gave good advice. He even provided me with free samples of flooring pieces to take home & compare with my current flooring.
The prices for what I was looking at was decent too.

Spencer did a fantastic job in handling our EGO lawnmower service issue. Lowes was easy to do business with.

Went in to get a new dishwasher. Unfortunately the one we wanted was not available, but Britney in appliances was very helpful in directing us to one that was. She was friendly and knowledgeable in getting us our purchase and making sure we got everything done that was needed. Kudos to her, companies can use more people like her.

We had gone to Home Depot looking for a battery powered mower. They said we had to order online. We came to Lowe’s and not only did we find what we wanted the price was awesome!

Lost my lottery tickets in the parking lot I had won off WTXL..must have dropped out of my lap. Still in the package.

Great store for home improvement, maintenance and repair. Plants, lumber, hardware, tools --- if you can't find it, you probably don't really need it.

A week ago I lost my keys while shopping at the Lowes located on Commonwealth. The staff and managers were very helpful and patient with me in trying to find them. Sadly after 2,1/2hrs. They were not found. I left my information with both the Customer service desk and the Pro desk. The following day around 1:00pm. I received a call from the Pro desk informing me they had been found. I extend a heartfelt thanks to ALL of you who helped. What a great staff.Thats what good customer service is all about.👍

I always love Lowes. Maybe it's because it reminds me of a company I used to work for in Vegas when I was a kid. It was called Home Base. I'm not sure if they're even around anymore. I like it because it feels more like a friendly local shop than a big corporate company. I understand Lowe's is a corporate run business but I like that it doesn't feel that way.

Went to look for carpet. Usually, they have quite a selection. But I didn't see any high-quality pile carpet. Went to Home Depot, same thing. I'm probably going to have to go to Seller's tile and the like. But I really like Lowes for gardening supplies and home supplies.

Lowe's, is a great store .
It took me a minute or two to have some assistance.... buying a Front Door.
The gentleman from you store came to the rescue.

We really liked this Lowes. Plenty of items to choose from and a good selection in many departments. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The cashier who was working customer service her name was shareka. Very personable very nice friendly smiled everything. She made the return or I'm sorry I was pick up I was picking up easy and quick. If all customer service people were like her the world would be a nicer place.
I went again today to Lowe's. The customer service was very polite and helpful. I had to use the windows and door section to pick up some windows and the woman that was working back there was very helpful her name was Mel. On the way out I purchased some other things with the self-checkout and had to have a little bit of help from the cashier. Her name was Chyna (pronounced like the country but not spelled the same). She was as helpful as anyone could be and I appreciate it. She had a smile the whole time and we had a nice chat. The whole experience was great thank you.

Had to make a key and ran to my trusted Lowe's store. Quick fast and accurate! In and out in a minutes time. The young that assisted me was extremely nice and pleasant. I encouraged him to dream Big and be the best him he could possibly be. Gotta love a place where you can be served and You can be of service😍

Love going to look at all the plants and outdoor furniture. Got a few nice plants for mother's day from there.

I know you guys are probably going to think I'm nuts but you made my mother in law's day!!!!
She recently lost her oldest son and the holidays are NOT good for her at all.
She has recently gotten into air plants but we have had a hard time finding them.
Something told me to check here and Lowe's had a bunch!!!
Me and my husband bought her several & placed them in a gift bag and when she opened it her smiles was absolutely priceless!!!!!
