Lisa was extremely helpful with me transitioning from another carrier. Her knowledge and expertise allowed my transition to be very smooth and effortless! I was truly happy with her patience as we navigated through the process. She will be my go to contact from now on and the convenience allows me to get more people to join. A++++

Went in with a lot of questions regarding upgrading my older phone and Logan provided an above and beyond service! Took the time to answer all of my questions, provide quotes where I was able to see them and had the best attitude and energy during the whole process. Extremely helpful and friendly! It’s been a while since I’ve received top quality customer service!

It was difficult at first , I’m a first net user and I’ve had my phone for some time so the whole team worked tirelessly. 3 days later we got it fixed , they got me my phone within 30 min. I want to add that Blake is a very awesome and kind young man along with the new employee (did not get his name). They all had a very cheerful attitude , we joked , we laughed and overall it was an awesome experience. Without a doubt love that this store is on this side of town with the people that work there . Side note , my watch wasn’t working with the new phone , went in before close had an awesome conversation while Blake fixed the connection issue and was also able to pick up some gifts for my wife and family !!

The service tech, Jason, Assisted me with new services in Havana Florida.
He’s helped me a few times and this time my family was here because I couldn’t be during his visit Because of his care and customer service, my family is going to switch everything over to AT&T. Jason is exceptional and we are so grateful to have had his help. One person can make a difference in an industry. Please let him know how much he is valued, and appreciated.

Blake did an amazing job with trading in my phone. I have had nothing but trouble with customer service trying to send my old phone in but he was very patient and took the time to help me through it all. I would highly recommend him and this AT&T store.

Lisa was so helpful and patient. She set up our family plan and was very patient as our previous carrier was giving us so many problems in transferring us over. She went above and beyond!

Everyone was very nice and funny. Easy to talk to, and explained everything so nicely. I really enjoyed the experience with Blake, Lisa, and Logan.

Both Logan and Blake had fantastic customer service and helped me trade in my phone for an upgrade in a timely manner!
