They entire crew was very welcoming and SUPER knowledgeable! I highly recommend coming in every season to get your skin analyzed since we all know our skin has different needs throughout the year!

I love coming to this Kiehl's location even though I live closer to Fashion Valley. The main reason is because the service I receive from the staff here is amazing. I'd like to call out one particular staff member, Angelica. She is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to offer comparable products if they do not have what I am looking for. I also love the fact that she offers me samples for products I am interested in. Which I will have to tell you made me come back to purchase some of those products sampled. If you happen to be at the UTC Mall you should stop in if you are looking to buy something new or replenish a product or two.

Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife loves their moisturizer and now they offer it in bulk packaging which is awesome!
