Wendy's

I went in the restaurant Sat afternoon around 130 pm and the counter lady was very friendly and pleasant. I didn’t realize the jr bacon cheeseburger came with mayo lettuce and tomato and she replaced it with a burger with the condiments I liked . She was very polite and kind . Great job . The 5$ lunch deal is also a great deal .

Always fast, reasonably priced, and Eric keeps the place cleaner than just about any other business around 💪 here 2-3 times weekly sometimes and never disappointed

Have not been to a Wendy's in many years. Jr Bacon Cheeseburger still on menu and tastes as fresh as ever. 🍟 and Frosty in fat boy medium sizes in the combo for just 4.95 before taxes. A great trip back to the 80s outside of the bright lights.

Not sure about the food at this location as I haven't eaten anything from here, but I do have a family member that eats breakfast here pretty regularly and loves it. What I think is amazing is the customer service the morning crew gives my family member, as it truly makes his day knowing they know his order before he finishes it. Truly appreciate the 8:30-10am weekday staff that recognize him and treat him so well -- truly makes his day:)

The drive thru line wait around lunch time was about a 10-minute wait. The customer service agent got most of our orders correct. We luckily went through all the bags before leaving the drive thru to determine which items were missing. Overall the experience was very good.

The best management and emplolyees I've ever dealt with at Wendy's. Treat me and my family like family every time. Love this Facility

Good deals fast bites on the go, and coffee of course

We came here after church today for one of our first hot meals since Hurricane Irma to try the $5.00 meal to conserve funds. We were without power for 6 days and lost all of our food in our refrigerator and freezer. Upon entering, the lines were long and lobby filled. There were only 3 empty tables. Two employees we were told called out and they only had one computer working. One of our sandwiches was made incorrectly but the staff was honestly trying their very best. The whole time we were eating the lines stayed extremely long. These employees done a fantastic job today and I pray upper management acknowledges a superior job they are trying to do. It is evident they are exhausted. You can see the exhaustion in each of them, yet they serve humbly without complaint for long lengths of time without a break of any sort. Thank you to the crew of Wendy's working in Lady Lake Florida today. You guys are rocking it, even through your mistakes and exhaustion. We appreciate you. Amy & Missy.

The manager took my order she was being hassled by the person who went before me. She handled the problem with class and professionalism. I was taken care of fast and the food was great. There was a young man taking care of the dining are and he also did an excellent job. I usually do not eat at Wendy's but will definitely return after this experience.

One of the few places that have grilled chicken sandwich and was 😋 delicious. Great service team. Was attentive to my needs. Will be going back to this establishment

$5 for 5, I remember when it was 4 for $4.

I work in the villages so I get to go to alot of places. This time I chose Wendy's and I'm glad I did. This place is super clean. Very friendly staff. The order was perfect. The food was steaming hot and fresh. This is the only Wendy's I'll be going to from now on.

Drive thru was on point today. I got a single with no lettuce, fries w/no salt. And a coke zero w/lite ice. Order was correct. The only thing, just thought the price was a little high $7.48. Other than that. Meal was good. Fries were hot and no salt as ordered. Burger ok but just under warm.

In my opinion Wendy's makes the best burgers of the big 3 chains, McDonald's and Burger King being the other 2. The 2 girls there tonight knew their stuff. They were knowledgeable about the menu items and answered any questions we had.
