Best UPS Store! Ask for Cordel or Judi, they offer awesome shipping services and will package your items correctly. This store was able to accommodate my rather large shipping packages. -- Happy Customer

I highly recommend this particular UPS Store. I have used nearly every service they offer and have always been well taken care of and pleased with the outcome/results. I have moved closer to another UPS Store, however I will continue to drive the extra 30 minutes to THIS store because I know I will be wonderfully taken care of and anything I need to accomplish will be handled in the most professional, and friendly, manner. I especially love Judy. She is always so helpful and friendly. You won't find her without a beautiful smile on her face to greet you. She makes it a joy to come into the store.

Only UPS Store I do business with! This a great location for all of your UPS needs. I feel so special when I am there because the staff treats me like I am part of the UPS Family. Always a kind word.

I began working full time with our family-owned engineering, construction and real estate management business in May 1993. One of my first stops in that phase of business organization was this UPS Store to get a commercial street address to put on our business cards for those all-important first impressions at meetings with prospective clients, etc. I rented the biggest box they had for that purpose and to receive large supplier catalogs needed for engineering plans and specs (hard copies were necessary before it all became available online)..........For almost 30 years now, it has been our "full-time shipping and receiving department at a part-time price." Walt has been the owner for more than 10 years and has done a fantastic job of running the operation..............His senior assistant, Judy, is very knowledgeable, efficient and customer oriented. Judy owns her own small business on the side and understands the technical intricacies of the modern digital business. I'm always happy to see her when I walk into the store and she always greets me by name. The same can be said for Barry and Davin, Judy's able colleagues……It is a reality in business that "time is money." Yeah, stamps and shipping are cheaper at the post office if you have time to drive miles to the nearest sub-station only to stand in line for an hour. It is also a truism in business you get what you pay for..........As a small business owner, time management is always a HUGE issue. I am thankful for the fast, efficient and cost-effective service I receive from Walt and his team for all our business shipping, receiving and publishing tasks. They are always there for us, 24/7. We have access to our mailbox in the store front at any time of the day or night. We also have a copier account to make high-speed copies anytime we need them. We can email requests while out of town, including print jobs, and they will be complete and waiting on us when we return.........For decades, I have counted on them to receive packages for us while we are away from the office on business, securely holding them for pick-up until we can return to Marietta. This included several years I was overseas on a long-term contract during 2010-13. Not only did they hold mail for pick-up during that time, but at my request, Walt would sort through the mail, then open,
scan and transmit important items to my overseas office for my attention and action from the other side of the world.......I cannot recommend Walt and his team highly enough. I wish there were six or seven stars available to me, but I can only max out this review at 5. You can't beat them for all your small-business office needs, including notary service, color printing of business cards, laminating, personalized luggage tags, fax service, publishing and binding, etc........If you are a small-business start-up, see Walt and his team as one of your first stops on your way to pursuing your dreams.......

*CLOSED EARLY* 230 pm on a Saturday and they have already closed. Online hours need to be updated.sign says open till 1pm vs online. Only issue. Normally I go in and it's all smiles and staff is normally really kind.

I have used UPS Store #1552 for several years for all my shipping needs, in addition to having my box there. They are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to assist you. The whole staff is fantastic. Judy especially stands out. She makes sure she knows you personally, so she can provide the best service to you as the customer. She always has a huge smile that is absolutely contagious! This is no longer my closest UPS location, but I continue to go the extra mile for their consistent, incredible service.

I must admit that I am surprised to read some of the negative reviews on this site, because those do not reflect my experiences at all. I have been a customer for several years, prior to moving abroad, and I have only had positive interactions with the staff at this UPS store. My mail and packages have been stored safely for months... especially when I could not travel due to the Pandemic. Everyone at this UPS Store (Canton Road, Marietta, GA) has been helpful and courteous (especially Judy!). I don't return to the US often but, when I do, the staff recognizes me, takes time to chat, and always acts professionally. Highly recommended!

I have had a box at this store for the past three years, and the service is wonderful! The staff is always friendly and accommodating especially Judy and Walter. They always greet me with a smile and are sure to grab any boxes or items that I have in the back as soon as they can even if it means doing so during customer transactions so that I don't have to wait in line to obtain my shipments. This is a very convenient location next to Kroger and parking is never an issue. I have been so pleased with this store and highly recommend them.

Kimberly was awesome! I walked in with 9 different returns - a mixture of amazon and other stores. Kimberly was SO helpful! She helped me package the items, and she was so patient - she didn’t rush me at all. I’ve been dreading this trip all day because I thought it would be complicated, and Kimberly made it so easy! Definitely recommend this UPS location. Thanks again!

I have had a house account and mailbox at The UPS Store (#1552) since the mid 1990's. I utilize their full range of services: shipping. printing, packing & materials, copying and Notary Public services. I ALWAYS receive great customer service, accurate and timely project and job results, as well as very personalized attention. We utilize 'our' UPS Store for both business and personal requirements. The owners and staff are there to serve and due to knowledge, competence, attention to detail and they give exemplary service along with a personal greeting and a friendly smile. Kudos! Keep up the great work!

Kim is a life saver. Once again UPS screwed up my delivery. They never attempted to deli delivery and no signature was needed. the 1800 #sent me to China who had no clue.
and wasn't helpful.
Needless to say I was very frustrated. My order was for my business and all I could see were loss sales.
In comes Kim the nicest, most patient, sweetest spirited lady. I called the store because China was no help. While I could not get my packages the same day,Kim made my experience and situation much more tolerable. She told me that I would need to come to the store but would call me when the package came in. She knew I was very concerned. She honored her word and had Judy call me . You have a great team at this store who brought peace to a very painful and frustrating experience. My review would have not been positive if it wasn't for these ladies.
I am standing here now and have my package.
She is a keeper and should get get a big bonus for the great customer service that she privided. .

Please know I have had so many other issues with the UPS drivers. Not all but they lie as well as steal and the customers always suffer because of it. The driver issue is broken and needs fixed. It happens too often .

For over 10 years I have enjoyed renting a mailbox at The UPS Store 1552 for my businesses. Mail and packages are secure until I get to them and the email notifications are helpful. The minimal cost and excellent quality of their color printing is unbeatable. When needed, they are a convenient and reasonable source for shipping, notarizing, and desktop publishing. As a mailbox holder, I get V.I.P. service and I believe self-employed business owners will appreciate the time and money savings that The UPS Store 1552 provides. I know I do !

I signed up with an in store mailbox with Judy early in 2020. She was very helpful and polite. There have been times when the store was about to close and I had to do a last minute drop off and they gladly helped me with a smile. Very customer service oriented!

We use this location for a mailbox and find it really convenient! They also have a USPS drop off which is great since the isn't a USPS close by. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Judi! She always welcomes you with a smile.

If you get a mailbox they'll email you when you have a package available, and are really communicative. Overall happy with their services!

Both Kim and Judy have been there to serve my needs from the very first day. Being wheelchair bound, they have been cheerful and mega helpful in assisting me with sending packages, as well as making sure I was not leaving mail in my box. They have been willing and able to work with me and answer all my questions. Wish more stores were like this one.

I love this UPS Store! Judy is always most patient and helpful with all of my mailing/shipping needs! Walter is full of information at thr drop of a hat! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I hardly ever need to go to any other post office! :)

This particular UPS store has redefined how I view customer service. Kim and Judy go out of their way to assist the customer in every way possible. UPS needs to use this location as their new standard for excellence. Walter (the owner), has hit a home run with these two ladies.

Walter and Judy have been terrific! This is our 3rd year using their services. The store has a home town family feel and we are greeted with smiles whether in store or over the phone. Our questions left in messages get returned calls and answers too so appreciate the responsiveness.
