Service: the best.

Pros:
The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Morning time (8:15am) but they were working efficiently and no one waited long for their drinks. (Both in person and drive thru). 5/5 stars for the staff all day.

Cons:
I’d give the drink 4 stars because it was 70% ice and 30% drink -but I think that’s on the ratios Starbucks uses, so next time would recommend asking for less ice. The drink itself tasted great!

I liked this location. It was clean and lively on a Saturday at 10 am. The team of baristas were upbeat and pleasant. I would come here again as everyone seemed to not absolutely hate their jobs and it’s nice to sit and try their new pistachio latte.

Friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. Nice interior with good spacing. Also has a large patio with tons of seating, although the traffic can be a bit noisy without headphones.

I've been coming to this Starbucks since it was built and the staff have always been nice and helpful! And everyone was wearing a mask! Nice! Of course, I could only see through the window because Starbucks is going out of its way to help with the Corona virus by only allowing drive through ordering and pickups! Nice! This Starbucks has great drinks and even better service. Though I must say, that's what you usually get from such a stellar company!

Absolutely love this place the people are supremely courteous!!! And super fast speed of preparing the orders. The accuracy is perfect!! They young ppl in to train not just at other Starbucks but other companies as well!!! Great job guys and ladies!!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years now and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! My Caffè Misto is always made to perfection!!

A typical Starbucks except located in good old Duluth, GA. I've been coming here for years, and my cravings for pumpkin spice lattes get fulfilled with consistently good service.

Nice store with full service Starbucks items. Thx to Anthony for his kindness in helping with app. Service was prompt and Caramel Brule and Chestnut Praline delish.

OH MY!! I have been a fan of Starbucks 20+ years, have been to countless stores throughout the states, but I have to say I have NEVER experienced such amazing customer service in the drive-thru. First, Heather comes on the speaker and says, “Welcome to Starbucks my name is Heather, what’s yours.” WHAAAATTTTTT???? I was thrown off bc no one had EVER asked that. THEN, I drive up to the window and David-Alexander greets me with the warmest smile and most cheery personality. I live in Michigan and this was my first time at this location. I have to come back again bc the service was Damn near unbelievable! Thanks Heather and David-Alexander for making my morning coffee break priceless!

I absolutely love this Starbucks location! Almost every morning, I go through the drive-through to get My White Chocolate Americano, and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They truly make every visit an awesome experience - Thank you for making my coffee runs so enjoyable!

These guys are freaking AMAZING!! I go out of my way to see them bc they're ALWAYS on point and my drink is NEVER messed up!! Other places I have to ask for an extra pump of white chocolate or to stir it before they put the whip cream on and basic things but never with Brandon, DA, Virginia and the whole team here!(I forgot some names but I love them all!) At a different Starbucka by work I get charged the incorrect amount, never here. They really go above and beyond here, remember your name and drink and treat me like family! Last thing I'll say is maybe the AC needs serviced bc it's mostly pretty hot in there. I've asked what it's on and they'll say a cool temp but you just don't feel it. Maybe the high ceilings affect that too, 🤷‍♂ idk. Keep staff like this and don't move anyone! Sincerely,

I love coming to this Starbucks so much! Staff, Heather, David, Kendall, Maddie, Savannah, and more are always so so nice! And they just make coffee sooooo good! I live in Lawrenceville and have to come to this one ! They are quick and efficient and like I said previously coffee here just taste 1000 times better !

As a partner, it’s nice to see the same values replicated across each chain.

I love Starbucks so much. Staff is so kind and unique. It always smells like coffee in there so much so that you can smell it when the window opens at the drive-thru. My order is never wrong even when i feel like i ask for something a little too specific It's always right.

Friendly staff, convenient location on corner of Peachtree Industrial and Pleasalt Hill Road, it's always busy there. However there are enough staff on duty to accommodate larger crowd. So want a cup of Joe with predictable quality and ambiance this would be the place.

We also got to try a new praline flavor coffee drink. It's very wicked. So if u were in need of a pick upper...remember praline flavor coffee.

I’ve been stopping at this Starbucks multiple times a week for almost a year now. I can honestly say I’ve only had friendly encounters here each and every time. The line moves quickly, and I’ve never had my drink made incorrectly. This location runs very smoothly, and the drive-through has always been a pleasant experience!

I used to work at a Starbucks and I'm very eager to see how I will be treated for the drive-thru. Usually the order just is done right and I can enjoy myself with a wonderful feast. Sometimes I have breakfast there too
