As soon as you walk in you are greeted by staff. I had a great experience. I found everything I was looking for (bean bag refill) and alot of items were on sale

Visited Joann Fabrics and Craft and found lot of item on sales . Kids crafts in papers , Clothes and other kids items . Shop is quit and less crowded. Checkout was quick due to less crowd and brought what I need .

Good selection, good prices on fabric. Usually have friendly service. I found great Halloween fabric for masks.. I always like shopping at Joanne's.

Seem to be shopping at several Joann's these days. This store is huge and all fabrics are lined up immediately as you enter the store. I will definitely be back to scout out the inventory. I purchased from this location because my neighborhood Joann's didn't have the items in stock. Thumbs up!

Well stocked, friendly staff, needs lights repaired too dark to pick out yarn colors. Still not enough lighting, big clearance sake on yarn. Update, still needs lights repaired, lots of Black Friday deals but they seem to have a free standing heating unit up front now. Am afraid Joanns is going to close this location since they don't seem to want to provide maintenance, real shame as the personnel here is very nice and helpful.

Visited in hope of help with bobbin of sewing machine area yikes! Was lucky, a customer sewer in line while waiting for her material to get cut, she put the bobbin assembly on my old Kenmore sewing machine that has not been used in years, in order whew! Great store for sewing supplies!

The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and kind I didn't catch her name I wish I would have because she made my day better. The store was organized clean and well-stocked I found what I was looking for I also asked where something was in the staff pointed be exactly to the right spot without any wondering or searching really excellent well tuned stop at this location

It's always a great experience coming here on lunch break because I am able to get in an out. The staff is wonderful and helpful.

This place is dangerous to my budget. So many great items for my crafting passions. I love the great deals I get on fabric.

The manager Kat is amazingly professional, even when handling disgruntled customers. Absolutely one of my best experiences there. Even though I stood in line while said customer was being taken care of, it was awesome to see such steadfast and friendly customer service in the face of bull-headedness.

Rose did an excellent job helping me get some fabric they no longer had in stock. All the employees at this location are very helpful. Store is always clean.

I was so happy to get patterns for $2. My daughter loved the store also. Store was quite busy so the checkout line was a little long but the cashiers moved at a decent pace.

Jazman assisted me from the moment I walked into the store all the way to checking me out. I was going to get her Manager to give her credit for the awesome customer service but she happens to be the manager lol....so refreshing to still experience this level of customer service with everything going on in the world. Also can't leave Ms Adrianne out - she had impeccable customer service as well and was super friendly!! Thanks Ladies

Just awesome! we've been here a few times recently to get some fabric and both times we were helped by the same wonderful lady (Gwen you're so great!) we have a few other locations near us but we come back to this one because it's just better.

My wife likes this store just as much as Michaels and we were all surprised at the crafting supplies. My only gripe is the lighting is not the best. Service was good

Time before last, my shopping experience included a custom frame job. The couple ahead of
me was so rude to the clerk my heart went out to him. He was patient and answered each of their questions without rush and explained the cost of each item they wanted. After twenty minutes or so, they were so angry at him because of the price that they raised their voices. He
remained cordial. I wonder if shoppers' attitudes might contribute to the 'bad' reviews. My experience has been consistent courteous service over the years, though no doubt at certain times I'm sure they're understaffed.
