Great customer service. Worked with Christopher very knowledgeable and helpful .I had questions I thought were dumb and he answered them respectfully, understandably and thoroughly.Didn buy today but am likely to order from this store in the future. Great job.

This is our FAVORITE GameStop! The employees are great and always try to help us get the best deal. They hold a TON of events which are always a blast. It's a chain store so you get what you get but the staff makes the experience better. The BEST GameStop I've been to and I've been to a LOT!

I can't say enough good things about this store!!! To start, the staff is amazing!!! I'm always greeted when I walk in and they're always quick to help me find what I'm looking for.
The store is always clean and organized which is a huge plus!
I can't recommend getting the PowerUp rewards card enough!! It's completely worth the money with the great coupons that you get!!

Every time we visit, we get top-notch service. The main dude that works this store knows his stuff. If I was his GM or district manager I would giving him a raise to keep him. Very knowledgeable and patient with all the customers.

I had the absolute pleasure of interfacing with Christopher when he covered for the Madison West store, and I went in to exchange my nieces broken switch. He was able to pull up my coverage plan and expertly assisted us through the whole process, all the while educating and answering questions about what my coverage plan options were. I ended up leaving that day with a new switch OLED for my niece (who was with me) and Christopher did an amazing job on hyping her up on her limited edition Pokemon package. She was so extremely excited and will surely remember this for years to come. Christopher is such an amazing asset to this the GameStop brand. Especially in times like these, people like him are the RAREST find in retail - folks who still bring back the old school magic of a brick and mortar store. Best GameStop experience I have personally had (and I've been shopping since their sign said EB Games).

The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Christopher is the manager he's a good person. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

The staff there are pretty cool and decent when I go there and are always conversating with me which isn't bad at all. Also they help me to find what I'm looking for usually so that's a plus.

Love this game stop! My favorite I've been to and I've been to many! The staff is super helpful and fun. I really only go in for funko pops but still helpful in anyway they can be!

They have always had additional/helpful info regarding products I inquire about. On those items I go there for I'm normally quite pleased or given insight to another product that I end up happy with.

Pokémon cards have been scarce these days due to the company not meeting demand. I pre-ordered Pokémon cards and wasn't able to get my pre-ordered on time due to a lack of supply. The workers at this Gamestop went above and beyond to make sure I still got my pre-order, and they've done so for all of their customers. Any time I go here, I feel the nerd love. They truly care about each costumer that comes in, and have since I moved here 6 years ago. Give these people a raise.

This store is always helpful and insightful. Doesn't try to upsell me aggressively either which I appreciate. Always very clean and orderly. Best GameStop I've been to, and I've been to alot.

Prefer this Gamestop over others. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. Actually I've had to being a bad counsel I bought from a different gamestop tho this store to get it replaced with one that actually worked. Love this place.
