Buffalo Lake Camping Resort

Love going here for a weekend or longer of camping. Linda and Gary are more than helpful. Nice pool, clean restrooms, pier fishing just across the road. They always seem to have something going on. Bingo, scavenger hunts and raffles just to name a few. Highly recommended!

We've been here multiple times. People are always friendly. Campground is clean as are bathrooms and showers. Camp sites are roomy enough. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed 3 nights camping here. It’s such a clean, friendly, & quiet campground. We had fun at the annual craft/rummage sale and cooled off at the pool. Everyone was so nice. Drinks delivered to us at the pool was the best! We also had the Friday fish fry delivered to our site and it was hot and delicious!

A small campground that is perfect for that quiet get-away or a fun-filled themed weekend (i.e. - Halloween). Nice clean bathrooms & showers and campsites. Friendly staff.

Came for a 2 day fishing trip with my daughter. Stayed in cabin 121, perfect for the 2 of us! Had a great time and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly.

Clean bathroom and showers. Owners are super nice and accommodating. We stayed 5 days and four nights at site 104 in a tent. Fished everyday on the lake from the pier or boat. Was also able to dock the boat we not in use. Great fishing lake.

We camped in our RV from June 22 to June 25, 2023. We have camped at Buffalo Lake before and always have a great time. The staff is not only friendly but go above and beyond to make each time memorable. We will positively go back again. To Linda and Gary and their staff I raise my glass.

Great campground. They really go out of their way to give you options. It's nice as a grown up and also if you have kids.

From the get go, Buffalo Lake Campground was awesome, extremely helpful and Very accommodating! Rain was expected the weekend of our trip and a cottage model home was available online. Upon calling, our reservation was seamlessly transferred in minutes, and with pleasure. I don't even know where to begin after that!
Our family's tent site was perfect! Had enough privacy and plenty of room for 2 kids and a puppy to play.
Our cottage was perfect! Came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the bunk buds!

Great play areas for kids and lots of activities for all ages, all weekend long! We've gone tent camping in TONS of campgrounds over the years and have never been welcomed by the seasonal residents so graciously. No attitudes or one-uppery going on...the campers were the absolute best! We met the sweetest, kindest, most awesome big-hearted people who treated us like family all weekend.
We definitely enjoyed the specialty cocktails and drinks, kitchen, fish fry and store (filled to the brim with Everything you could need and has an attached game room for kids)....they even deliver food to your campsite and let you settle your tab at the end of your stay!
In no way did a day/night of rain dampen our trip. Linda, Gary, staff and the seasonal residents left a lasting impression on our family and we cannot wait to return!

Cozy little campground with easy-to-access sites. The store has all the essentials and more. Their food and drinks were tasty and fair priced. There is a nice playground and pool too.

My family and I have come to this resort to camp on memorial weekend for as long as I can remember. The owners are the kindest folk you’ll ever meet. They’ve made us feel so welcome and it honestly feels like they’re a part of the huge family we bring. There is a full itinerary of activities to keep you busy or you could just relax and enjoy the break from the busy life back home. The kitchen is absolutely delicious, the pool is clean, the games are fun, and the karaoke is beyond entertaining. I would absolutely recommend taking a visit with your family or friends.

This campground was so much fun and will definitely be our regular spot! The bathrooms were insanely clean. The staff are so organized, kind and helpful. There was so many activities to do. It was a great time! The only thing I would say is that if you’re coming for fishing, it’s pretty weedy by the docks but just down the street there’s good fishing by the dam so no big deal!

I know this sounds weird, but i truly don't have enough good to say about this campground. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly and the staff are overly helpful. Tatum was amazing! (I promised i would give her a shout out) i truly mean that. The accommodations of this campground go far beyond the typical campground. Along with that, every facility and accommodation is clean and in great working order. The bathrooms were superb no matter of there was 10 people on the grounds or 100. Another notable accolade is that the campground is peaceful. I promise you that any length of stay at this place is an investment worth its weight in gold. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of activities for all ages. The fishing right off the docks isn't bad either.

Fun campground with well organized activities for the entire family. Clean pool, large playground, Gaga pit, and other outside activities kept my kids well entertained. I appreciated the little convenience store on site that sells any forgotten necessities or snacks needed. Theres also a small game room for rainy or colder days. My husband loved fishing across the road on Buffalo Lake. All in all a beautiful and we'll maintained campground.

I share the same feelings as some others who have said that there aren't enough good things to say about this campground and especially the staff and owners. They are wonderful! This is a beautiful campground with flat, immaculately groomed sites, and all the amenities you could want for a wonderful camping trip in beautiful Wisconsin. The entire campground is spotless and clean. Everything is extremely well maintained. Restrooms are amazing and spotless. Items are always stocked, garbage cans always empty. The camp store has the perfect selection of items and prices are great.

If you're like me and you don't like to cook at the campsite, you can get wonderful meals at the camp store that are so yummy and prepared to order.

They have the BEST bloody marys. The selection of food and beverages at the camp store will blow your mind. This is truly a campground that caters to your every need.

But I will emphasize again what wonderful people you will meet here. The owners will go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. I can't wait to go back!
