AT&T Store

There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to adequately describe John Sanchez. His customer service skills are impeccable, his knowledge and professionalism is beyond measurable, and his adeptness at handling multiple customers simultaneously is nothing short of amazing. I went into the store with two family members to transfer the existing service from existing phones and purchase new, reliable phones, John very astutely assessed our needs, recommended what was needed, worked through any glitches, and applied any appropriate discounts to make sure we received the best deal possible. He was patient, personable, unflappable, and most importantly, kind. I can only hope that ATT realizes what an asset he is.

I came into the store trying to understand the best way to transfer and add family members to my existing AT&T phone line. John helped me save money and explained things in a simple, precise and friendly manner! Because of this I ended up adding more lines than anticipated and purchased some great swag! He was just great!

I’ve been an ATT customer for over 20 years and have been to Plaistow location a few times with adequate service . I recently had the need to go to the store. John helped me with my situation like no other and he was helping other customers in the store as well as on the phone. Extremely knowledgeable , well spoken and professional. If everyone in customer service was half as capable as John is there wouldn’t be any complaints with customer service representatives in this country. Shipping customer service representatives in other countries is another story.

Looking to move our phone services to AT&T and not finding excellence in customer service at our local AT&T, we drove to Plaistow NH. The customer rep John was just what we needed! Knowledge, explaining everything in a concise & easy to understand manner. He saved us over $100 on our plan! Thank you AT&T and John !

Went in to grab a couple new phones because it was time to upgrade, and was met with a very pleasant man employee named John Sanchez who helped my fiancé and I find exactly what we were looking for. Super nice dude who helped us in every way you could think of and I would wholeheartedly recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a new phone.

I was originally going to try to just purchase two phones and open new lines for my fiancee and I online but we decided to just stop at the Plaistow Nh at&t instead, Which i'm glad we did because John the store manager, was extremely friendly and helpful all while multitasking helping us and multiple customers who had come into the store after us, He was able to answer any questions we asked and found us each very nice phones in our price range and even gave us great discounts on accessories! Overall it was a great experience for someone looking for a phone plan with a big company for the first time!

John, the manager at the store was exceptional, very clear and precise knowledgeable Lezant smile on his face. I’m a new AT&T customer and John just made me realize that I should stay with this company. Thank you John great work store is very clean. That’s a great aspect as well.

On Sunday February 10th I went to buy a new phone and John was incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly, he made it as simple as possible which was appreciated.

I give 5 stars after having an opportunity to have one of the best sales reps I have ever met, her name is Sydney, navigate and fix my suspended acct. I had some technical issues regarding a new business acct and she worked extremely hard and stayed late getting my lines back active. She was direct, very knowledgeable as well as an incredible listener. She never interrupted me after my 5 hour horrible experience at the Salem Mall store. If I could give more stars I would and she is the exact person I would want representing my brand. Thank you Sydney, they should give you that store!

I just had the best experience with Joe who works at this location! He was so friendly and honestly the most helpful sales rep I have ever come across… and I’m in sales! That was the quickest turn around I have ever experienced upgrading a phone. I wish all reps were like Joe. He was informative, polite, and honestly just a great guy. He made the whole experience of breaking a phone not even seem so bad. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know.

This store has come so far! I have been going there for years, but always expected to spend at least 3 hours there getting a new a phone. I got my new phone there recently, and it was truly a hassle-free experience! There were 3 staff members there, and they were all pleasant and extremely helpful - and I left with my new phone and a good amount of knowledge about how to use it in about an hour & 15 minutes!
If you’ve had a bad experience there in the past, I highly recommend giving them another chance!

Nick is honest and eager to help, going as far as multitasking in order to serve two customers at once. He was efficient and got me in and out of there in no time. This is the second experience I’ve had with Nick at this store, and both times I’ve gone to this AT&T have been pleasant because he has great customer service skills.

Had a great experience last month with Judy and the other male associate whose name I didn’t catch. Came in to upgrade my iPhone which I knew nothing about and she had the answer to all my questions and made it super easy. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock which is okay because they ordered it to the store (saved me that sales tax!) and it arrived in less than a day! Transferring my data was basically done in one click and you can do that at home. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Would recommend!

I visited this store for changing a family mobile plan and then merging the lines in one plan. I was served by the store manager Ben and area manager Jess. There were technical challenges but they overcome and successfully completed the transaction. All along during the process they explain the issues they were encountering and solving. This was the BEST experience I had in dealing with in-person experiences I had in past with other stores for my Mobile need. Both Jess and Ben demonstrated their dedication to customer, extreme patience, professionalism, candor with smile on their face (of course hiding behind their mask). Hands down, I highly recommended this store for your future Mobile needs.
