The UPS Store

Sometime last year, we switched from returning our Amazon packages to this store, and even use it as a delivery pick up spot for my small business inventory. Everyone that works here is always so pleasant, and super helpful and knowledgeable. I usually go in when I have a bunch of transactions at once to save myself time and they never get annoyed or make me feel like I'm doing too much at once. They greet me with smiles and gladly help! I'm glad we found this location!

Everyone there was so nice! I had to ship a package and had no idea what to do. The employee took the time to help me and was really nice!

Even though there was a bit of a line it was fast and easy to return my purchase from amazon. The employees were great and super understanding. I was nervous going in but was really happy when I walked out.

Went in for a return and to ship the guy behind the counter was helpful and courteous. I use this store often and recommend it

The plastow ups store is the only store I go to to bring packages. Not because I have to I choose to.the employees there are such a pleasure to be around and so helpful

Had to ship an item. Three employees were there when I arrived. I was greeted immediately and guided through the steps needed to complete my task. All three employees were friendly, answered my questions without judgment, and made me feel welcome. It was a positive, comfortable experience. 12/10 highly recommend

This is an amazing family owned business and these poor employees worked so hard yesterday on Saturday I stopped in and there was a line wrapped around the store and the two girls in there were working there butts off and got the line down very quickly I even offered to go get them some lunch since they didn’t get a break since opening at 9:30 to eat or anything since always around this time of year the store is crazy with packing and shipping. They had some much packages to pack and get out for people and also had so many drop offs in the front of the store that they didn’t even have time to walk them outback for the actual UPS franchise drivers to pick up and get them sent out. Great job guys enjoy your Christmas and have a happy new year don’t let these people leaving nasty comments who don’t know clearly about this store or business since they think it’s a franchise and it’s not ITS FAMILY OWNED!!!! get to you. You guys rock and are doing amazing. Keep up the amazing work and shipping and packing job you do around this crazy time of year.

The Plaistow store is always quick and efficient - very pleasant and give good guidance.

Had a package delivered here while traveling. Have to say that staff is some of the friendliest people I have met in New England.

I've always had good service here. Since USPS decided to hike their prices up to an un-godly amount UPS is the way to go. It's normally pretty quick here with a friendly, but busy staff who wants to move things along. Fine with me because I'm not there for small talk.

As I scroll through some of the other reviews on here, I see that many other people experienced the same excellent service I did at this store.

I called the store with a general question regarding Covid-19 policies and asked if I required an appointment. I spoke with Mark. Mark was very polite, professional, and helpful with my questions.

Upon my arrival to the store was clean, neatly kept, and everything was marked appropriately so that the customer knew right where to go. I met Mark in person. He was, once again very helpful and courteous. He appeared to be outwardly friendly and professional. My Amazon return package was scanned, tagged, and taken all within 3-5 minutes.

This was an excellent experience. A customer couldn't ask for a better shipping experience.

Went there on veterans day, because i forgot to send an application to a school office. I was in a giant hurry and in a panic, so i acted sloppily. An employee named "Sean" was there to guide me through the process of sending a letter and gave me tissues when i accidentally spilled ink from a leaky pen i had. Even though i ended up canceling the order, because the school office changed the deadline, "Sean" was still polite.

My experience going to UPS STORE was extremely cordial staff was extremely helpful and if I can remember the. Name of the employee I would give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
