AT&T Store

We went to this Roswell Road location to have some questions answered about my current plan with AT&T and to trade in my iPhone 12 mini for a new 15. I believe the person who helped us was named either Lauren or Laura. (I’m terrible at remembering names so if that wasn’t her name I’m sorry!) She was an absolute delight and assisted us with everything we needed help with. Working with her made our experience at this AT&T location so nice. She answered all of our questions and helped me understand the differences between the plans and payment options for my new phone. She deserves the highest of praise. If she were my employee I would give her some sort of reward or bonus because she really took care of us as customers and knew how to answer all of our questions. Her customer service was fantastic. 10/10 stars for her specifically! I’ve been frustrated with AT&T in the past and have considered switching providers, but working with her made me feel so valued that for the first time I feel proud to be an AT&T customer.

Came in for a upgrade and left with 2 phones and accessories with a cheaper bill. The manager Layla and her employee Cheirsten were absolutely the best.

EXCELLENT staff!! I went Friday afternoon and Yosin and Christina worked beyond their shift hours to deliver successful results and an amazing customer experience. They were energetic, friendly, and solutions oriented!! I cannot recommend this team enough!

The store manager, Michael, was the most patient, professional person. He helped me set up my Samsung watch for my son after i failed to do it on my own. At the same time he was assisting his staff as they helped other customers while not making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. He is an asset to AT&T and I will definitely remmend everyone I know to use AT&T and buy from this location.

This place rocks! The folks working here are very friendly and very helpful. They work as a team so the job gets done. They were able to handle a lost phone, found phone, and all updates required very quickly.

Christina helped us out and she was quite literally incredible. She was super informative and sweet. Very patient and kind. She got us the best deal and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set before we left!

Michael, Valentino and Autumn are professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind. They helped me navigate some tough issues.
They are a credit to ATT and customers like me. Forget the others, go to this store.
I do hope their managers read this. Pay them well!!!!!

Valentino was a godsend. I literally just ported over from Sprint but some of my apps were unsuccessful.

Valentino spent 2 1/2 hours getting my WhatsApp and SoundCloud up and running. I'm very satisfied and pleased that I made the switch. Great job Valentino!!!

Really good service from the Autumn! Helped me get a new phone and talked me into a bunch of accessories (didn't want to spend the money on them but I admit, I do like what I bought 3 days later). I can recommend this AT&T.

If there had been more stars I would have hit the highest.
Valentino went immediately to my problem, addressed it quickly with a total fix. He did all this while still addressing incoming customers in an engaging way that made all customers comfortable and patient.
He is a true asset with great knowledge and customers skills.

Michael was very knowledgeable and gave me and my husband the help that I needed. He asked questions and found a discount that gave us 25% off so we were very happy with that. Great location!.

Really nice store and it was really nice looking inside. The employees were pretty knowledgeable and I ended up getting the iPhone 14 Pro Max here instead of doing it online like I was originally gonna do. Really good AT&T store.

I had spent over 2 hours on chat support trying to get assistance on an issue with my account and still nothing was resolved. I decided to go into a store in hopes that someone could help me. Demi at this store was able to help me right away and was very helpful and knowledgable. I walked out of the store with all problems resolved and he even helped me with a purchase while in the store. I would recommend going in to see him if you need assistance!

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 from this ATT store and the support was amazing. They were very attentive and patient as I had to transfer a ton of files and exchange my old phone. The process was extremely efficient and they explained all the steps in the appropriate amount of detail. It was the best experience I have had purchasing a new phone.

A huge thank you to Peyton! She helped me solve a frustrating over the phone issue with customer service when I received a defective phone by mail. She is friendly, professional, very tech savvy, patient and tenacious in her in her commitment to provide customers a happy outcome to their needs/issues. Once I met with her...she immediately understood my problem and worked with me and customer service on the phone to guide them to a resolution for me. Was looking to open a business account. Was given a number of options until we narrowed it down. Walked out with two A13s and a 13 pro max.

Best experience I’ve had in a cell phone store hands down. Jerimy took great care of me and my family as we switched to AT&T! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service at this store. He went out of his way to check on several things for me, and was very accommodating for us. Will continue to go to this store for all of my AT&T needs!

Valentino helped me transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. I was having storage issues with the transfer and he was able to figure out how to push the transfer through. Great help!

I’ve been to this store many times and have had a great experience every time. I’ve never had to wait long to be helped, they’ve always had the items in stock that I was looking for, and the associates are friendly and helpful. Go see Damien - he knows all of the tips and tricks and is committed to helping his customers. He will find a way to solve any issue!

I contacted AT&T many times by phone and every time was unsuccessful in my attempt to transfer a business number to a personal account. Each encounter left me frustrated and disappointed with the time spent being transferred from department to department. None of the CSReps I was transferred to could assist me.

I decided to go to the AT&T store located on Roswell Rd. When I walked into the store I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Cynthia. She listened to my issue, pulled up my account, and resolved everything in a matter of minutes. Kudos to you Cynthia! Your exceptional customer service and professionalism deserves recognition!
