If I owned a business I would want Candace Moran at Store4233 in Lewisville NC as my manager. I have utilized other UPS stores and while having been pleased with their customer service, Candace stands above the crowd. Each and every customer service encounter I witness is outstanding and I can only hope the owner realizes how fortunate they are.

The people at that store, starting with Candace, make me feel like a personal friend not a client. Second I can count on packages delivered on time in good condition

I worked with the store manager Candace Moran for a very large and heavy shipment. I could not have asked for better service from the start. Even through a snowstorm, she was diligent and kept me updated before I had a chance to ask for status. She went above and beyond to meet my shipping needs.

I have known the store owner, Matthew Lee, for the last 13 years. Lee is not only a dedicated worker, but he is a detail-oriented person who believes in checks and balances in management. He believes in providing outstanding customer service and fair business, even as a consumer himself.
He approaches questions carefully and seeks to provide the best answers for customers.
I have personally seen Matthew prepare for disasters even before they happen!! I STRONGLY encourage everyone in the area who needs shipping services to support this store.

I've known Mathew over a very long period of time and during this time, I've had the honor of knowing a honest person of great character, transparent, positive, quick to listen and slow to anger. Matthew is not afraid to take on a challenge and views them as opportunities instead of obstacles and always looks for a positive outcome for everyone involved. Matthew is also very passionate about helping others succeed. I've reached out to Matthew on multiple occasions to assistant with projects and he's always made himself readily available to help me complete the task. Matthew's approach to people is not to treat them like you want to be treated, "treat them even better".

Every time I’m in the store, usually with an Amazon return, the staff is efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Glad to have them so close by and appreciate their greetings and assistance.

This UPS drop off is the best!!! I have used their services for three years now, and I have never had to wait long. They are always efficient, know their jobs, and are kind and helpful.

I have been working to close a deceased relative's estate since the pandemic started. Candace has helped me print, copy, notarize and, overnight multiple documents on multiple occasions during the past couple months. The documents had to be processed despite most businesses being closed. It would have been impossible to get accomplished what I have without the help I received from Candace at the store. She always goes above and beyond to assist.
