Love the new location; the employees are knowledgeable and efficient. My only recommendation is having a 2nd drop off box outside as the one gets full with package drop offs sometimes.

Mr. Michael Boone was great in tracking down my package I had mailed to my Dad. He also called me to let me know it had gotten there and was out for delivery. Unlike the Greensboro hub which sent my 2 day priority package to CT, NJ then back to Greensboro, turning 2 days into a week, then to Lewisville, the Lewisville branch did a great job finally getting it to Dad's. I'm amazed it was still in one piece with all of the traveling it did.

Been here twice so far. Small building, clean, staff is friendly but the other patrons are a bit rude. Both times I've been there there was no line - service was quick. I think I will be using them as my regular Post office from now on. The one on Healy is inconveniently located (entrance and exit of parking lot is annoying) and always has a line - however their staff are also very friendly and work quickly.

I have lived in Lewisville for 13 years and have never had anything but a 5 start experience here. Friendly, helpful, patient, quick and always smiling with warm greetings. The negative comments here seem to be more politically driven than objective, as is evidenced by the comments about government in general rather then focusing on this one post office.

John's great. He really looks out for us absent minded shippers. Actually came out to my car to be sure I fixed my mistake. Thank you John. Sorry.

I had live chicks delivered via USPS and these folks gave excellent customer service during the process. They called me before opening so I could come get them immediately and were very friendly. I appreciate it!

The staff are always friendly, professional and caring. As a small, local office they get rushes of busy, but always move quickly and kindly.

Post office in Lewisville is friendly and helpful unlike the post office on Healy Dr in Winston Salem. This is the only post office I go to.

This place rocks!!! Michael helped me out so much with a card I had put in the mail slot and forgot to add something to the address!! Saved the day!!!
