The UPS Store

I completely messed up my Amazon return and Ranzit was so patient with me. He took steps to ensure every item was scanned. He went through the qr codes multiple times and made sure everything was accurate. He never once showed impatience or frustration. He was so kind and I appreciate that kind of customer service so so much.

This is a really good UPS store. The manager Ran, I believe is his name. He helped me this morning with shipping a package. After shipping the package, I find out that the buyer of the package is a fake buyer trying to get something for free. I called and talked to Ran and explain what's happing and he immediately cancels the shipment. I call a few minutes later and he informs me that my package is back enroute to the store. Ran calls me about 10 minutes later and informs me that my package is back at the store and ready for pick up. I'm so grateful for his quick work. He was very kind and professional the entire time. Thank you Ran.

I had a fantastic experience at the UPS store thanks to a helpful and friendly Ranz. He went above and beyond to assist me, making my visit smooth and stress-free. His excellent customer service skills truly made a difference, and I greatly appreciate his assistance.

Very friendly and fast-paced, which keeps the line moving, getting you out the door quickly. It’s pretty hot inside is the only downside.

This is the best place I’ve ever gotten my mail at they help every time I come in there, courteous prop, efficient, and I can highly recommend them.

I wanted to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Ranjit - he retrieved a package for my elderly mother that was being sent to scammers. Ranjit went out of his way to call corporate office to get a return label and then kept assuring me everything was going to be OK . He deserves all the praise and this store is lucky to have him !!! Always friendly staff here and get you in and out fast! I always choose my Amazon returns here and always feel confident whatever I have to ship will arrive safe and sound. They do a wonderful job packing!

Went to UPS last Thursday to ship my package and i gotta admit, they offer the best services i have seen. The lady at the checking counter was amazing. her name is Julia if i remember it right. She was so polite, helpful and i loved her smile. 10/10 i recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars service.

I am specifically calling out a Cashier named Ranjit. I came in on 12/15/2021 at about 3:45pm. This guy was so helpful... he retrieved my 4 packages out of my truck since I have a bad hip/back. It was pretty busy AND there was a line forming out the door but he had a happy attitude and smiled the whole time. You have found a great employee. I'm thankful for his kindness especially during this busy time of year when most people are stressed.

I was helped by Ryanzit and he was great! I had an Amazon return that was supposed to be picked up at my home by UPS, but wasn't so I brought it to the UPS store. Ryanzit helped me figure it all out, even asked to go onto my phone to cancel and re-set up what was needed for a label return. He basically did everything for me and was friendly and quick in the process. Would highly recommend him - thank you Ryanzit!

Ranjit Shrestha was absolutely wonderful. I had some problems printing off my return address label and he was a tremendous help. He never quit trying to help me until he got it taken care of. He's a wonderful employee. I will always drive to this store. Thank you for having such a great employee.

Every once in awhile you come across someone in the customer service business that goes above and beyond. The 2 men who helped me today with my amazon returns were amazing. They took the time to call me on my cell phone after I had already left the store to tell me that I only had 1 tracking number and I wouldn’t get reimbursed if we didn’t figure it out. So- I went back in there and they helped me pull up the labels on my phone. Thank you so much. God bless you!

Ran helped us quickly and with great care

Went in to get a couple cards laminated. I called first to make sure that they did this here and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. So I went in and only waited a couple of minutes for them to help the person there before me and they got right on my cards. They did a great job, were friendly, quick, and made the experience a great one. Will go back for my shipping or office needs.

I went to drop off a package for what i thought was UPS but it was USPS, the cashier had me email him my label and took care of it for me even though it wasn’t his obligation. Also he noticed my phone was cracked so he gave me his spare case and screen protector!

I always take stuff her to get packed to ship. They are super nice and friendly and do a great job of packaging up fragile things. I had a large picture sent to Europe and it arrived in perfect shape, among other items they have packaged for me. Highly recommended!
