The customer service here is amazing! Everyone was super helpful!! I accidentally got the wrong size the first time and everyone was so helpful switching them out I didn’t have any problems at all! I spoke with Elizabeth, Nora, Liz and Kelli and they were all so nice and helpful! Liz and Kelli were exceptional! They were both absolutely amazing! Thank you guys!!

I’m looking for a specific stethoscope tubing and I’m having a difficult time finding it. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful in trying to help me. She looked several places and catalogs but was unable to help me. She was so polite and kind. Wish could have done business with her. And all about 10 minutes before closing!!

Tiffany was amazing! She pulled me many scrub options to try. She was so nice. I’ll continue to shop with her. Bravo Tiffany!!!

When I visited Raley’s South Memorial location, I was assisted by Kelli. Kelli was very helpful! When I entered the store she offered to help. When I told her I was looking for a new brand of scrubs and I wanted to look around she politely explained where everything was in the store and let me know I could let her know if I had any questions. She let me shop and look around. She also answered questions I had along the way. After I had tried on a few different styles I felt like I had bombed out and I just wasn’t going to find anything I wanted that day. She offered a couple suggestions I hadn’t tried. They were great suggestions! I ended up choosing one she had suggested.
Kelli is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very patient. She isn’t pushy at all, and totally helpful!!!

I needed pants with zipper pockets for a trip to Scotland next year. I was told they would deter those that are pick pockets from targeting me. They are made of nylon (most are cotton) so cat fur is easily removed (I have several cats) They don't t wrinkle easy (I hate ironing).
I love these pants & plan to go back to get 1 of each color!

Tiffany and Miranda with Raley scrubs on Memorial are wonderful in every way. When I first arrived Tiffany greeted my husband and I even though she was helping another customer at the time. When she finished helping him she came over and asked if there was a certain kind of scrub I was looking for. She picked out several different styles she thought would work. While trying them on she asked if I needed different sizes ect. She made me feel valued and important. Miranda checked me out and gave me a 20% discount since I was a new customer. I won’t hesitate to drive the 50 miles from my home to purchase additional scrubs when the time is right.

So I went to the Yale location and and man 😍Jamie lawd the customer service and sales 😮‍💨I spent 200$ with a smile 🤦🏾‍♂🤦🏾‍♂that’s crazy but 🤷🏾‍♂ she was knowledgeable it was an incredible experience this time. Still can’t believe I spent that much tho😂😂😂

Abby is an awesome sales lady and REALLY knows her scrubs!!! We spent over $600 in 2 trips and my embroidery items came back next day!!! I'm very impressed with this store and especially Abby!!!

I was helped by Tiffany today. I did not know much of what I wanted because it was my first time shopping for scrubs. She was extremely helpful and patient with me! Very assertive and able to both help me and multitask in helping others! Would highly recommend for quality scrubs and friendly service!

Tiffany was awesome! She was very helpful with getting me different sizes and styles. Not to mention, she was very patient with me as my 2 year old son was throwing a tantrum and running all over the store! Definitely go see Tiffany to get some scrubs!

Super Friendly staff. Very helpful. They helped me order scrubs in my size for my new job, and a couple days later, pick-up was ready and easy. I absolutely recommend shopping here. If I ever need more scrubs in the future, I'll be back.

I can not say enough positive about Raley scrubs South and specifically Kelli. When I really needed scrubs so I could start a job she did everything she could to help me and her customer
service was amazing. My family had a medical emergency so I needed to start the job to be able to pay my bills. 1 hour, just 1 hour and she had what I needed to start my new job. Thank you SO much KELLI you are a rock star and I will hug you every time I see you to show my appreciation and will never shop anywhere else

Finding the perfect pair of scrubs to fit right is never an easy task for me. Tiffany was so knowledgeable and helpful in her suggestions, providing me with a dressing room full of options that I actually walked out with 3 new pairs of scrubs!. Thank you Tiffany for the wonderful customer service.

You HAVE to go to the S. Memorial location! Miranda is an absolute angel!! She was VERY knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, was SUPER patient with me and brought me several items to try on until I found a good fit😊 I was nervous about buying Dansko shoes, but she made the entire experience really fun. She was such a sweetheart! You will not find better customer service😄

SO happy Raley’s Scrubs opened up a store out south!! Went in to shop the other day and had a great experience. The staff was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the brands and fits and helped me buy exactly what I needed! Will be my new go-to for not only my scrubs but for my shoes and all accessories as well!
