Harbor Freight Tools

I haven't been in Harbor Freight in a while and I was impressed with the changes they have made. They have upgraded a lot of their items they keep in stock with some nicer quality tools and still keep the low budget tools in stock that we have come to know them by. It makes diy more affordable when you can get specialty tools that you may only use a couple times at an affordable price

I have frequented this harbor freight location for years now. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful but now with the addition of Ronald to the staff its that much better! He welcomes you when you walk in even if busy checking out another customer or doing something else. Makes the checkout process enjoyable with his upbeat attitude and conversation. Great hire HF!

Very happy with my experience at Harbor Freight in Braintree this morning. As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed any help. Got directions to what I was looking for. Will and one other employee helped me get what I needed. They opened registers as there was a little bit of a run going on at the time. Quickly cleared the lines. Helped me load purchases into car. Outstanding service.

The level of service, attention, and customer service was absolutely, top notch, and uncommon these days. I have managed, for fortune 100 & 500 companies, I know flawless service when I see it. I was not the only Customer in the store, but I felt like I was. From the manager to the stock clerks, They were constantly dropping what they were doing and engaging me, Proactively. It is the breath of fresh air do not have to Chase people around with questions.
All the employees had a vast knowledge base to answer my questions on the spot answer me and Usher me towards towards my purchase.

No one was listening with their earbuds on their phone and the manager who in some retail spaces hide in the back was front and center up at the registers directing Consumer
traffic, With his cashiers, And representing his store.
I did not get his name, But every customer who came through he would find the best deal possible according to the company's consumer benefits.
I thought the age of customer service was truly dead until I walked into that store today and bought a lawn mower.

I really like how easy it is to find what you need and get out. Staff beyond helpful. Very pleased 😀

If cheap tools are what you need harbor freight is your place. This place has so much good stuff CHEAP. You should not buy everything from here unfortunately some of it is garbage. Hand tools are good. I don't use their power tools. Can't beat them for things like zip ties. (Disposable items). If your looking at one of their big item and can wait a while they run sales on major holidays 20% off one item.

Nice people store has a lot of stuff I find fairly useful

It's not the most expensive store I have ever been in for tools. But it's convenient and they have what I am looking for.

Great prices and great tools. Carpenter pencils stock is always running out. But there's a lot worse to deal with than a lack of pencils. Great store and deserves a 5 Star Business Rating.

Stopped in to Harbor Freight for an 8" bench top drill press, the drill press I was looking for was sold out. Instead I went with a floor model that they were discontinuing. Went I got the product home it was not in proper working order so I returned the product easily and hassle free. Even though I was not able to get what I was looking for it was a pleasant experience as always at Harbor Freight!

I'm so impressed. The supervisors are so helpful and professional. I bought a weedwhacker that went wacky on me. I brought it back with no issues cause now I was afraid of it. Not only did they take the time to show me a few things but I also end ended up exchanging it for the same one and felt confident thanks to their help

I've been to other locations before and have been happy with almost all the visits. But this location was very clean organized and well stocked . And the young lady who checked us out was very friendly,helpful,kind and funny. I will definitely recommend this location. And will be back for future purchases

Amazingly low prices on sturdy but not particularly refined tools. Great place to get the basics and something is always on a crazy sale that's worth it. Also a great place to get that tool you might need for one job because it ends up not being too expensive to do it.

I absolutely love Harbor Freight tools that is all that I should say but I will say when you need something really bizarre or random done to your vehicle that you thought you would never capable of doing such as removing the leaf springs in the back of a Ford Econoline van or for instance even just taking the bushings out of those it seems easy but no puny depart and they have it and it's under $30 and that saves you about $500. Harbor Freight Tools is like the best place ever

In a bind as a contractor decided to put my job off to start another project!His excuse was he was behind. So I was able to get the tools I needed at Harbor Freight at a reasonable price and I did the job myself! Glad too as I saved a ton of money by not hiring the contractor!
