Ran into this store to pick up 1 item. I was skeptical because usually the checkout line is about 20mins late. However, today it appears management got the logistics memo. The line was moving like a conveyor belt. High marks for getting the right number of staff to work weekends. Great job. 👍

Great selection and very discounted prices. Store was well organized. A few more registers open would have been good. I found what I went in for at a good price.

It's a cold, rainy, dreary Monday afternoon and I find myself at Burlington. A little shopping therapy made me feel better. Burlington has a little bit of everything... some good deals... and today the staff was pleasant! I got some great coats and boots for my granddaughters and it didn't break the bank!

Open till midnight, less than a mile away. Pretty much there for me at all hours when I need to get some retail therapy. They're cleaner and far more organized than the other locations I've been to and I think they pay more attention to the sizes and styles that sell more instead of just buying whatever bulk is cheaper like most places

My son put on extra weight and needed something to wear for a wedding in a 2x. At 9 pm the night before the wedding we found his outfit at Braintree Burlington and paid under $40. Thank you Burlington!

I have not been to this particular location in years and wow what a difference in terms of cleanliness and the clothing items were actually on hangers this time. This Burlington's is completely different than the dirty stink hole of a department store that I visited years ago. I was also surprised at the prices and how low they were and the staff OMG how very helpful and courteous they were to me. five stars

I had to return a pair of defective sneakers today and get a new pair. The cashier Lorise was very helpful, kind and super friendly. I was having a bad day and after interacting with her my day went from a one to a ten. Great service and great smile. Highly recommended.

Excellent selection of cloths, jackets, household items and small things that add to your house. Awesome sheets and comforters that are super cheap on price but not quality. The selections of pillows is also pretty amazz

Love this place for shoes, boots, purses, coats and lingerie and sooo much more! My go to place for all things clothing wise! Been going here for years, it's usually pretty busy but definitely worth the wait in line!!! So happy this place is still open after all these years, and it's no wonder how!!!!

The customer service at this location has steadily improved and the employees do a good job to keep this store clean.

Special thanks to Danuta, the American-Polish employee, who assisted one of us and helped her tremendously to find a very precious item she had lost in the store. Kudos to all the personnel!!!!!

This is the best Burlington around as far as cleanliness, organization, and customer service. And of course you can't beat the prices!

I always find what I'm looking for and more. Need more cashier on weekend other than that I love shopping there.
