Thank you Jillian for taking care of me with stellar customer service, kindness and patience! (And all the customers who waited patiently behind me as the returns were keyed one by one...)

Apparently online order returns have to be keyed manually in-store 😭 Michaels, please fix your returns process so it doesn't have to be so painful for customer service and customers!

I just went in to this location looking for 9 balloons for An event that my company was is having. I felt terrible for not calling ahead but, manager Jillian was able to help me right away and get me In-N-Out. I really do appreciate that. She was nice kind and courteous. We had a great conversation while she was filling the balloons. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I love Michaels whether I am shopping online or going in store. I can always find what I am looking for in many other things that catch my eye. I love the discounts and the sales that they have different things. On certain days, the reward coupons come back to you. Very quick, and it's worth it! This store right here is very organized, clean. Also, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, which is a plus!

Great customer service and a wide variety of items. Specifically, Nicole and Chris were such warm, friendly, and lovely employees! I so appreciated all their help. I’m not sure who’s in charge of hiring, but my only suggestion would be getting a few more employees to help Chris out on the register. It doesn’t seem fair that he has to balance those lines by himself! Other than that, great experience :)

I’ve been here several times, and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Today in particular, I was struggling to understand the UPS drop off (and botched one of my labels) and the person at the register was incredibly patient and informative.

I had pictures and art framed by Michael’s framing department. I highly recommend the staff at the Braintree Michael’s (2022 staff, lol). I had a great experience and they went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for.
Side note: super crazy customer came in and yelled at them about not having a custom matting from 10 years ago. There are matting options that are available and timeless. Talk with the staff about the overall look you want to accomplish. Crazy lady just yelled while her kids hid in embarrassment.

Great selection but you definitely pay for it. It will be more expensive than going elsewhere, but if your into crafting they most likely have what you need. Look online for coupons. Last time O checked there was one for 20% off.

Love the sales. Especially on frames

OMG, such a great store, so much to see and such great deals. I went in looking for a few items but they had deals on reams of color paper, bulletin board paper rolls were on clearance, and a lot of other great finds. Can't wait to go back very soon.

Found a really pretty wall hanging. Only $20

Great staff, kind and helpful. Was looking for some magnifying glasses, and the sales woman helped me find them. The cashier even helped me when I forgot my savings card, used his and saved me some cabbage. Recommended

Great location of a Michaels. Visited during the annual Black Friday sale and everything was great. The staff was attentive and kind to the gaggles of grumpy shoppers. The store itself was clean and organized which is a God send during a sale. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Larger store and selections at this branch than others in the area. Which means to someone not accustomed to craft stores to be overwhelming. I am always so glad to find someone who works there...always helpful regardless of location. Of course as 62 yr old male I am going to look lost, and staff aren't blind....

So cheap on all the things I was looking for. Great prices. Staff was very friendly and informative, helped me out right away and made excellent recommendations. All set for my sewing project <3

I enjoy shopping for Arts and Crafts for the family

Nala from the Braintree Massachusetts store was amazing! She was able to go into detail of which item did what on my list and had great suggestions on how to save money for my class. I would highly recommend her for a promotion or a raise because she made my first experience at Michaels an amazing one.

I've never gotten custom framing done but thought to head to Michael's and get some expert help. Bob was spectacular. He scanned the puzzle I was getting framed into the system so as to show me how everything would look. He helped me pick out the main frame (black wood finish) and recommended sizing and colour of the mat frame which has a very nice texture and hue to match the puzzle photo. I'm really happy with my first custom framing experience and would definitely return back to Michael's to work with Bob for future projects. They have a price match policy all so (not that I plan to shop around). I love Michael's and their expert professional services and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
