I was very impressed. I went as a first time customer to get some potting soil, and the atmosphere was very down to earth and friendly. Bill was so helpful and kind to me, he made me feel right at home. I will definitely keep shopping here from now on. I was also excited to see that they offer custom paints.

This Ace is THE PLACE to go in Columbia! I've needed a shed since moving here back in August and I started by ordering one online to pick up from Lowe's. That was disaster of epic proportions - got there to pick it up, they started to load it and it was damaged, customer service was lame, etc. Then my friend suggested I check out Ace for a shed - I found one on their website that could be delivered to the Cayce store so I called them. Daniel politely answered the phone and transferred me to Kaitlyn (the manager) where the long lost art of customer service was on full display! She walked me through changing my Rewards membership and stayed on the phone to make sure she saw the order come through on her screen. During this time (in the background) I heard how this team works together to get things done for their customers. Once the order was confirmed, she arranged to have Daniel on stand by to put it together. She communicated EVERY step of the way so the delivery would be seamless. In fact, Kaitlyn called while I was writing this review to make sure everything went well with the delivery and to check that I was satisfied with the product. The shed was delivered this morning by Daniel and Matt - less than a week from the initial contact with them. My company trains people in Protocol, Etiquette & Customer service and I've got to say this team is among the top 5% of companies I've come across for getting EVERYTHING RIGHT. I felt listened to, valued and respected. Now you are stuck with me for life as a loyal customer and ambassador for your store! Thank you.

I enjoy shopping at ACE. The Staff is always friendly and very helpful. The give me Military Discount when I check out. Unlike HD they make you have to have a App on your phone to get Military Discount. They always seem to be very Thankful to Serve those of us who Serve.

I was looking for hardware to fix my shed door. Stopped at Ace, spent a few minutes looking for ideas and purchased what I needed. I was asked if I needed assistance as well. Courteous, knowledgeable, personal attention and a quick checkout keeps me going back to Ace.

Always help there to find stuff. Unlike big chains. They have a lot of needed maintenance products in store, check them out!

Great to have a REAL Hardware store with friendly staff. Not a BIG BOX and you can get other items that are more suited for your needs. I needed some clear flexible tubing in 2 different sizes for a project... Yes the BIG BOX stores had it, but only in large pre-packaged sizes (with about 4 times what I needed)... So, I stopped by Ace and they had both sizes that I needed and sold it by the foot, so I could get just what I needed. 2 👍

All of the employees at this location are so helpful! If one person doesn’t know how to help, they will help you find the right answer. I love never guessing if I’m getting the correct information from these wonderful folks.
