Walk in and my order placed were ready for pickup. He even volunteered to test the new batteries to make sure mine were good, giving me a peace of mind and satisfaction.

Excellent customer communication both on phone and in person, Conner spent a good time briefing me with my options purchasing new battery for my BMW. He answered all of my questions that had collected through my homework before going there, their products are competitive for both quality/technology as well as pricing. Give it a try!

Knowledge of the employees was a little tough, but these seem to be newer. Old head I’ve talked to before knows what’s up. But if you know what you are looking for, you will be good to go!

Thank you Batteries Plus staff for helping me secure these hard-to-find CR2354 batteries. I couldn’t unlock my car because the key fob didn’t have any battery. I drove around the whole Bay Area for 4 hours and went to 6 major stores. But there was nothing in stock. This is my last hope before towing my car. The staff are so friendly to help me. I got the batteries 15 mins before it closed today.

So glad I found this store. Connor was super helpful, and the turnaround time from ordering to picking up was lickety split. Great price for an obscure, hard to find LED bulb. I'll be returning for various other things in future (batteries, bulbs, etc).

This is a great place when you want to recycle batteries or fluorescent bulbs. Even better when you want to buy a battery or need help with a specific kind of bulb. I've used it for situations where a specific battery was hard to find and again when I needed help finding an adapter for a vintage light bulb. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also saw a sign in the store that said they fixed cell phone screens. Plus there's parking right behind the store.

Long story short, my warranty replacement car battery was confirmed out of stock, which took months to come back in stock. With no notification my battery is available for pick up, time went by and it became "cored" which is returned back to store inventory without any credit back to customer. Is it the customers job to keep contacting the store to check if their warrantied replacement product is available?

UPDATE: Management called me couple days later realizing I had purchased a new battery although my warranty replacement was supposed to be free once its back in stock. So a refund was offered with an apology. To be able to take the time and effort to fix an error in the past shows this place really does care for customer satisfaction.

This is “the” spot for batteries for sure. Very knowledgeable, friendly and diligent. I needed a car battery replaced. They had a few options to choose from and charged a very reasonable fee for installing it right away. Highly recommend.
I also had previously an iPhone battery replaced here and had a very good experience as well.

Batteries Plus Bulbs is *the* place I go to for hard-to-find batteries, bulbs, and other similar items. Unlike stores or online, they know their stuff. They're friendly. They have good business hours. They recycle my batteries.

I feel so lucky to have found this business, right away the people and place felt like home. First the prices after doing my research were great, and then the people, so kind, attentive, helpful and patient! As long as I remain in this area I will always go back here for my car batteries with something that is so important to me the trust! They made me feel like family right away by the way I was taken care of, honestly, I haven't had this good of an experience doing any sort of business they are special. Great customer service and fast install. I ordered a car battery online, went to the store for pick up. The folks at the store were very friendly and helpful in getting my order. They installed my car battery quickly without any issue and got me on my way. Would definitely go back for my battery and bulb needs as the staff here were knowledgeable and friendly.
The only thing I wish they had on their website was the install fee, my prior experiences with batteries plus, there typically was no installation fee for the car battery, this location did charge a $20 fee for it. I thought it was completely reasonable for how fast and well they did the install but would have like to have known up front when I purchased the battery rather then finding out about the additional fee when I got there for pick up.

Great customer service. Terrific inventory of offerings in one place. Didn't require but relish the fact that Batteries Plus Bulbs offers to repair/fix products. Also great to know that the company safely disposes of our used batteries. Smart. Environmentally aware and conscious. Finally, outstanding support during the COVID pandemic. Curbside pickup. Sales associate ran inside to pick up a couple other products and brought them curbside so I could view. Superior customer support! How can it get any better than that?!

I believe that the folks at this business are problem solvers and the owner is likely to help remedy any issues you may have. Reach out to the owner if you have a problem that is difficult to solve. He is very nice and helpful.

I had a great experience with the Stevens Creek store. I ordered a car battery online, for a fair price and was notified when it was ready for pick up in the store. The young man who helped me in the store was courteous and knowledgeable. He even carried the battery out to my car. I highly recommend!

Got the best customer service from Manny González and Gilbert. They had what I was looking for never expected them to have it. I went every where,Best Buy’s Walmart auto zone. I will most like be returning for products and the SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've begun to think the retail world has grown so impersonal and devoid of customer focus, lately but not this place. Above and beyond expectations does not begin to describe my experience. While trying to find a reasonably priced battery for my 7-year-old BMW X5, Batteries + Bulbs came up in a couple of searches. I had not considered them before and was looking at traditional auto parts retailers but decided to give them a call. Not only did they have it for a great price but they would install it for $20! I also found a 10% discount online which made the deal even better. My wife drove the car down and they quickly swapped it out and recoded the computer as required with these cars but for some reason the car refused to cooperate. Many systems on the vehicle were inoperative or operating incorrectly. Their tools were not working on my car and it was clear that they could not fix it as it was now 6PM. Instead of walking away from the problem and leaving her stranded, they insisted on following her to our repair shop and then driving her home! I don’t know if this is how all Batteries + Bulbs stores operate but if this one employs people like this, they have a customer for life in me. Well done, guys. Well done.
