The various departments knew their job, and so much art was delayed in the last year prices are surprisingly good. If you take the time to listen to their advice, they can help you find exactly what you need. I love the place and go there for art when I need something special. Like a poster framed, or multi-shade sketching pencils.

Well stocked. Love the beads, markers, stretched canvases, paint markers, brushes, paints and bargains!

This is my go to place for yarn and fine art supplies. The staff are always super nice and it's never too packed that you can't around easily.

They have some awesome deals on art supplies right now and you can usually find extra discounts on their website. Love and hate going to this place at the same time. Can literally find everything I need and end up leaving with everything I dont need as well lol.

Needed a quick item before a storm hit. I was able to ask an employee where it was, they walked us back to the three-tier carts. We were able to grab the color we wanted and was out of the door in less than 5 minutes!

Store is very clean and organized. when the floor agent approached me, she said she'd noticed I'd been in the store for a little while and I appeared to still be "searching". Michaels doesn't carry the item I needed and she offered 2 outside sources she was familiar with. Attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Wish I'd had caught your name so I could put it here. Great customer service.

I thought I got signed up for rewards, but it hadn't signed me up. AUBRIE was so helpful in explaining how to get signed up. I also work in customer service and she was amazing. Pleased hire more CS representatives like her.

I really enjoy coming here. The place is always clean and free of garbage on the floor. The cashiers are super friendly and helpful. They always know where things are located and will show you where not just tell you where. I've never had a bad experience yet.

Great location, always love Michael's. I brought in a couple of watercolors to look for frames to frame the pieces myself, and I needed my edges trimmed. Asked to just trim the edges and although we offered to pay, the woman in framing did that at no cost. Was much appreciated. Kind helpful staff.

I love the best Bernat yarns. This is the store with ample selections and a great price. The staff is friendly and helpful, greeting customers as you come in the door.

Who doesn’t love Michaels? They have just about everything you could need for crafts, decorating, organizing, and then some! The staff are always super friendly and helpful, and they almost always have great deals and discounts. If they carried fabric It would be the holy grail!

Almost anything you could think of for any arts/craft project. Awesome sales and coupons available everyday.
Custom framers are VERY well trained, courteous and helpful even outside their department.

I typically prefer Hobby Lobby as my go-to craft store but since I've been to Michaels, it's a much better experience for me. The employees seem really nice and helpful. (I also like Michaels app over Hobby Lobby's app.)

I have a love hate relationship with this store. I always find more than what I came for. And spend more than I planned on, but prices are fair for a craft store. I mainly go for florals and they don't disappoint!
