The UPS Store

This store makes it easy for me to do my returns! UPS in Mantua is my go to UPS. I had an issue with a package and somehow they were able to get in contact with me, they helped me rectify the issue and were so kind and generous!

They are beyond friendly. Super nice and super cool! (Down to earth and personable) None of them has an attitude. It's almost like you are talking to family when doing business there. I receive mail there and see them a lot but even when I would just stop there once in a while, they were friendly.

I've been using the Mantua Pike UPS location for many years. I need to give a special thanks & a shout out to the store manager, Delvon. He's not only shift, efficient, & pleasant, but also takes the extra step to help customers out! Thank you!

My experience at UPS today was easy and quick. One of the workers, Carly, was so helpful and kind. She guided me through the shipping process and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Will definitely come back!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had such a great experience here the other day with Carly! I am a Poshmark ambassador so I do a lot of shipping. I normally utilize another store but they were giving me a really hard time about shipping a particularly large and awkward item that I was unable to package myself. I went to this UPS location instead and the sales associate Carly was so helpful! She packed up the item for me and explained the whole shipping process to me. Will definitely be back for all my future shipments!

Very pleased with this ups store!! My lamp was disassembled properly for
shipping. Packed extremely well. Follow up email’s were very much appreciated. Would not hesitate to use again.

Trish was amazing! She did a wonderful job helping me return a product to Amazon; even though they were busy in the store, she took the time to explain the process to me.

I brought in a large, framed glass picture that I was worried about safely shipping.
Larren went above and beyond for me! I wish I could hire 10 of her for my workplace. I was greeted warmly when I came in (she was with another customer) and I watched her assist and help the person before me with the same enthusiasm she displayed for me. She assured me she would have my picture delivered safely packed! Another elderly woman came in during my encounter and Larren was kind and patient when the lady explained that what she needed printed was in her phone. I so appreciated Larren’s professionalism and ability to make everyone feel important and taken care of!

My experience with the employees and management at THE UPS STORE have been very professional especially the young lady that works there almost every day she is awesome! And she is a great worker very fast and professional and nice and kind I never had any problems When I go and stop off my packages and I send off a lot of packages so I want to say THANK YOU for the great service from the UPS EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT AT THE UPS

Eric and Diane Chapelle and their family are outstanding owners, with many years of award winning customer service experience at many UPS Stores. If you haven't tried this store recently (2015) with these new owners, you really should. You will see a HUGE difference!

Super convenient, I just dropped my item off with a label and they took care of the rest! I will use this service again!

Great staff, they were really helpful when I needed to send stuff out for work. They also have boxes for amazon returns for a small charge (depending on the size of the item). Will defiantly be back.

I recommend stopping into this location to ship your items! Nolan Chapelle, manager of Ups Mantua was very respectful to all of the customers and very helpful. Overall good experience and will be back to ship again.
