The 2 gentleman in AT&T were extremely helpful, very detailed in explaining everything to me- details ranging from the new features on the iPhone I purchased all the way to my bill and exact payments due. Both were friendly, personable and professional, I would highly recommend going to this location for your new phone!

Cedric helped us out to get a new IPhone last night. Cedric was vey nice, and fast at what he was doing. Though he took the time with us, the customer, and he cares. He and the att store are very good. Thank you guys. Appreciate.

The employee examined my phone and the portal was worn out. I had insurance so he said to go online and request a replacement. It's better to go before 5 because it tends to be a lot busier!

My husband and I upgraded our phones and added another line. The two associates that assisted us were Xavia and Ishmael. Hands down two of the funniest and helpful people I’ve encountered in retail. Both were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They made our experience quick and seamless. Two very great employees!!

We had a great experience with Destiny when my wife and I came in to upgrade our phones. She was very thorough with explaining all the plans and billing. Destiny ordered our two iPhone 13 Pro Max’s and they arrived in 4 days. We went back to the store and met with Brianna who set up both phone and answered all our questions. She also was very knowledgeable and kind. This store in West Deptford NJ with Destiny and Brianna made our experience a 5 star. Keep up the great work.

Destiney and her assistant manager, Kailey, were knowledgeable, professional and they worked with me to deal with a very stressful situation. Destiney was able to replace my phone in one day.
My phone was delivered to my home that night at 10 but the technician said it was too late to do the set up and told me to take it to the store. When I returned the next day Kailey transferred my data, helped me set up the new phone and made sure I understood it's operation. In a world of buyer beware, they made me feel that I was a valued customer.

Calab was so helpful! He took care of my needs and helped so much! My sister is even thinking about switching over now because she was here with me and saw how great they are!

We were helped my Ishmail who could not have been more courteous. I commented to my wife that it's rare to get that level of customer service these days. Ishmail was one of the happiest people I've ever met and his smile is infectious. You have a gem in that one.

I don’t usually look forward to going into the AT&T store. It usually means my phone isn’t working and I am scrambling to either fix it or replace it. This visit was no exception. However, what a difference a good representative makes! I never write reviews, certainly not for my phone carriers retail store. My experience at the AT&T store up until now have been somewhere between meh and fine. Let me tell you Destiny at the West Deptford store got me writing 5star Google reviews!!! She was so patient and kind and funny, but also professional and knowledgeable. I left there feeling like I just had a Kiki with and old friend instead of doing what would normally be a very stressful and annoying chore.

Ish at the West Deptford, NJ location on Mantua Pike is absolutely amazing. He deserves a raise. We came in at 7:15 b/c our work schedules and he did not mind one bit to help us. He was ecstatic that we were there. It made us feel so much better about how close to closed we came. To create a new contract and get new phones. And cases. He still was 100% genuine and polite and also entertaining by 8:06. Y'all close at 8:00. You would never know though. Not once did he make us feel like we were imposing once it hit 8:00pm. I never write reviews but he is just the most amazing sales person/customer service I have EVER had. I live in Sicklerville and I will drive to this location just to deal with Ish again. Raise ! Raise !

Branden was very helpful at the Mantua AT&T in West DEPTFORD and went above & beyond to make my purchase of the I phone 13 easy & he helped me with transferring my data from my 8 over! Because I can never figure out how to do it. I was very grateful & happy with his helpful knowledge of explaining the new phone to me!

Very helpful staff. Rarely a wait to get help with anything. Went in a week ago because phone stopped charging. Rep said I might need to upgrade phone. Great, another expense I can't afford right now. She then thought second on it and checked the phone on a wireless charger, and it started charging. So, apparently just the USB port on the phone stopped working. I would've never though of that. She also gave me $10 off the wireless charger as well. Thank you very much.

I went in here just with a few questions and the sales person I wound up with was the only guy there and he was clearly new, but that being said he did have o message his boss a few times which didn't take long at all and honestly would you rather get an immediate wrong answer or wait just a minute for the right answer? I didn't wind up getting a new phone at that time but the sales experience was great and they were extremely helpful and friendly.

I bought a S7 a few months ago and Digna Townsend has been so helpful with me sending text messages and learning the phones. She has been marvelous she showed me the ends and out of the phone while being patient. Also was a great assistance while I purchased two more phones. She is helpful and always there for my question. She an very valuable asset to this company! Wish there was more honest and helpful people like this.

Would like to express my appreciation for the positive experience we received when visiting the Mantua store. We were comparison shopping as we were experiencing issues with Verizon. Our sales representative, Jeramy, was terrific explaining the options, costs and answering all our questions. He was a good listener and explained everything clearly. Long story short, we switched to AT&T and again, Jeramy was great in doing that procedure. My experience is that it's rare to find a sales representative that is so professional, patient and ensured we understood everything before we left the store. He even recommended cases and screen protectors, as well as installing the same. Hats off to that young man.

Ron was very patient and explained all our options in a way that even a non tech person could understand. His quiet manner made me feel comfortable asking questions until I fully understood before making any changes. It was definitely a good experience and I will recommend him to friends and family.

The AT&T customer service representative Lacy was awesome at this location!! She was in no rush and took her time to explain all of the plans that are offered and their qualities. Additionally she explained which plan would be able to benefit my family!! Lacy was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs!
