GameStop

It's good for being GameStop. I've been coming here for a long time, and they've gone through many employees - both good and bad. I personally stopped coming because it gets annoying having to deal with the constant membership bashing whenever I need to buy something, but if I need to go to GameStop for whatever reason, this is the one.

Friendly staff that can hold a conversation. Great selection of games, systems and other products. Service was quick and easy to me and my brother got exactly what we wanted. Overall I have nothing bad to say about my short visit to this Game Stop.

I stopped into the store in search of a card game expansion pack, and was able to find it quickly and with ease. I liked that the employee wasn’t pushy or overtly annoying in asking if I wanted help. The store could definitely be tidier, but overall, I had a 5-star experience.

These guys are doing a great job. The staff are very helpful and know there stuff; not just games but the hardware, accessories, upcoming releases, etc. I love Gamestop’s used game program and I just found out they’ll even take broken hardware and give you a few bucks.. much better than chucking something in the trash. Keep up the good work guys!

The biggest Game Stop I've ever been to! What's nice about the larger size is that they have a lot of figurines and collectibles that other Game Stops can't fit into their inventory. Their used game selection also seemed slightly better than most other stores, too. Don't even waste your time going to the one in the Fox Valley mall.

The local Gamestop I got to whenever I feel the need to enable my addiction. While there tends to always be new faces because of how Gamestop as a company is, the workers there are always delivering great service and a pretty knowledgeable about any inquiry I have.

Wow, very knowledgeable staff that takes the time to provide the information you need to make a decision. I buy games for my son from GameStop all the time, plus they provided great info for our next big gaming system. We are moving from a family friendly Wii, but I was not sure the advantages/disadvantages of the PlayStation vs XBox... Staff at GameStop was awesome! Thanks guys!

I've been going to this gamestop ever since I was little and i had a wii. Awesome customer service, and they have a pretty large selection of games. whenever i walk in, i always feel welcome.

Excellent customer service! There were a few snafus with my purchase and when I went back, the staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. Once they were informed of the problems, they fixed them on the spot.

Great customer service greetings soon as I walked in the store as well as I was offered help all in one nice welcome tone.

The staff is top notch, friendly always with a smile. We chatted about video games and more importantly tactic style games. I get all my games here when I'm home.

Nice little place. Went there to sell all of my old systems and games for other reasons, and the prices were more than enough considering. Would definitely recommend it to someone that lives nearby to either buy or sell.

The staff is friendly and courteous. They are very knowledgeable about various gaming platforms. They are quick to recommend games that you might enjoy depending on your tastes

I was having problems locating a PS4 since the kids did not pre-order so I went to this GameStop location to try to locate a bundle pack. Unfortunately GameStop did not have the PS4 bundle pack available anymore but the associate, Ryan, took my name and number and said he'd call me if a new bundle pack was added. I really thought that piece of paper would go straight to the garbage can because who really wants to help a desperate middle aged woman find a PS4? Ryan called 2 days later with a bundle pack for us to order; he made my son the happiest kid and now I don't have to search the city for a PS4 anymore (which probably made me the happiest). Thanks Ryan!!!

Going in store is fine but if you try to reach them by phone it can be a hassle. But they usually only have one or two people working so its understandable.
