AT&T Store

Madison was great! She knew what she was doing. And was quick to resolve my issue. I will recommend seeking her out.

The reason for my visit was because I was having issues with my service. Madison promptly greeted me at the door and not only took care of my service issues, but she also managed to lower my bill and put my family on a better plan. If I could give her and the team ten stars I would!

will drive 30 mins just to go here vs any other AT&T stores. Greeted & helped instantly on a busy morning with only 1 rep in. I believe her name was Madison. She handled it all really well making sure everyone left satisfied in a timely matter. (:

i had the pleasure of working with Kevin at your Green Bay east facility located on Lime Kiln Rd. You have a star employee right there. His product knowledge is second to none. He's lighthearted and makes an overall dreaded process, very fun. I had been shopping for a new carrier and I'll tell you honestly, Kevin's customer service ultimately sealed the deal. You need
to give that guy a raise, or at least lunch! Seriously, job well done!

Alex Mossong is an awesome employee who deserves a raise, a promotion, something. He was kind enough to open the doors 15 minutes before the store was supposed to open to help us set up two phones. He was awesome at explaining everything and very patient.

I called into this store after the corporate customer service was unable to assist with my request on a recommendation for a new upgrade. They were extremely helpful and were able to answer my question in less than 3 minutes, compared to the last 3 days of getting nowhere with customer support.

Kevin is the best ever, he helped us switch carriers from Verizon to AT&T. In every way possible he was so helpful with our new phones. I even had to go back the next day to ask a question and he was right there with the answers. He was alone and busy when we were there and stayed polite to everyone and cool and calm. So happy to make the switch and happy my husband and I have Kevin when we need accessories or anything. Thank you AT&T and Kevin

The staff were knowledgeable & a real help to me. I am traveling & with limited access to Wi-Fi I needed to discuss my options. The staff led me to a great prepaid plan that I could upgrade to for my travel needs.

Madison and Michael were above and beyond again today with helping the tech dinosaur out. Very seldom do people get treated this good when they don't understand.

Kevin Lewis went above and beyond to fix my account due to a name change as well as assist me in a new phone purchase and transfer of two older phones to my kids. Nothing was lost and we are all happy! Thank you!
