We set up 3 cellular devices at this store (2 phones and a tablet). Had a couple glitches with order due to complexity, but were able to work through them with Verizon's corporate & A/Z partner support channels, along with managers who were sincerely concerned with our satisfaction and put forth a lot of effort to ensure it. All issues were remedied and we are very satisfied with our products and service. Verizon has the best coverage, support, and tools in the industry in our opinion. If you want an excellent product, and excellent service with expertise knowledge stop in and ask for Alma, she is the bomb. Thanks Team Verizon!

I went in with a cracked screen. I thought it would be a long and complicated visit but it was the opposite. The two men were extremely helpful (one had just starting working there 2 days prior). They were incredibly efficient at answering my questions and told me exactly what I needed to do to replace my phone. Well, less than an hour later I had arrived home and had been on the Asurion website and a replacement device was on the way to me :) Thanks to the guys at Verizon for being so helpful!!!!

I went to Verizon to switch from a different provider. Jacob was perfect. He got it done quickly and made it all very easy. I felt like he went the extra mile. Great service with knowledgeable staff.

Travis and Ray were great. We had issues with the call center, and they were able to work things out great.

I was with Cellcom and switch to Verizon. I now go to Verizon and Ray at this location is so helpful and explains everything. I had a lot of apps on phone that I never used and he took his time and explained each one to me so I could understand if I wanted to keep them or not. He explains everything so you really have a better understanding of
how phone works and what you have. I would not go anywhere else now and really appreciate his knowledge understanding and help he gives me to understand phone better. I truly wish there were more honest and caring people in world as Ray is. To me he is a valuable person for your company. Im so happy I choose this Verizon to go to and would recommend Ray and his store to anyone. Thank you for having such an honest person and caring person at this store who cares about people enough to help them to understand everything they need to know about their phone and thank you for taking time to read this. You can really be proud of this employee!
