We had a great experience with Value Store It 20 Margate. We worked with Howard (the property manager) to rent a 10x15 unit. All was done remotely. My real estate agent recommended this facility; I was in another city so I didn't visit beforehand. Movers moved my parents' 2 bedroom apartment into the unit quickly and easily. We also had movers haul 1/2 the stuff to Cape Cod last year.
Value Store It was super helpful in providing access to the movers. Finally, I can't say enough good things about Yanet, who helped us move out of the unit in April 2023. She cut the lock off quickly and expertly (we lost the key), and was so friendly and responsive as we moved out over two days. The place is clean, easy to access, lots of carts to use, very secure (you need your code to move around the building) with a 2 bay loading dock. Nice and cool inside, even on a hot day. Our stuff was perfectly kept. Great experience!

Value Store is 5 start. There is actually climate control so you don’t have to worry about your things melting or getting heat damage. The place is extremely clean so you don’t have to worry about bugs getting into your stuff. And the customer service there is wonderful. The woman who works the front desk I believe she’s from Columbia. that you need an answer, any questions to top it all off, you can’t beat the price! Plus they support autism and that’s very important to me

This facility is Super Clean and Fresh, Simple Access with excellent Security who notifies you if you don't accidentally lock your locker and always keeps you up to date on hours and holidays ahead of time. I really live that it also Air conditioned so everything in your storage hold value. A++

I've been renting at this location since 2019 and I've never had a problem. Whenever I've had questions or concerns the staff led by Howard have always been prompt and extremely courteous. Highly recommend Value Store It Self Storage!

Place is great , clean , air conditioned not like the typical storage facility. My parents needed storage and once we walked in it was a no brainer this was our place. Mike gave us the guided tour, gave us a reasonable price and even sang to us on our way back to the office! Not to mention he got us a truck for free to move the stuff in! He is the best! Great job Life Storage! I am All in !

Been with them for 2 years and it has been always clean, and cool and not creepy like many storage facilities can be. They really do offer the best prices in town! I am happy to highly recommend this location.

This is a new location. Staff is pleasant place is always clean. Security is on point. Downside the codes for the elevators going up an down especially if you have multiple units on diff floors can be a pain. Overall highly recommend
