I rarely leave reviews but as someone who ships hundreds of packages a month - the customer service and care placed by the manager of this location is unmatched. He is always so kind, helpful and professional. Today I realized after we got back home I had mislabeled a rather large and very important order - I called the store (15 mins after they had already closed) to my surprise he answered and worked with me to locate the package and hold it for me. He was happy to help and more polite and understanding after hours than any other shipping company I’ve dealt with. It is so refreshing to experience such kindness within the shipping service world. Keep up the great work!

The staff is friendly and helpful suggesting multiple options for sending packages. They also offer lots of services. I had no idea!

What an excellent experience. Had some Amazon returns to do but only one item had a box. The return was rather large and would have required a $50 custom box. The employee that was helping me suggested I call amazing and see if they could make me a new label that allowed me to return both items in one box and it worked! Customer service was excellent and staff has always been super friendly here.

The owner of this store is a great guy. He goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Always with a smile. The other employees follow his lead. Just a nice place to go and do business with which is rare these days.

Pete and his staff have always been very helpful with my business. Dropping off or emailing fliers to be printed they get done and are ready before I even get there. Friendly service I'm glad I can count on.

Been here a few times for various shipping and printing needs. Their system had a hiccup and didn't print my order, so the employees went out of their way to make sure they got my order printed and ready to go in a short time.

Everyone was very friendly and they got my job done fast.

This UPS is always there when i need them and has great customer service. I printed my party invitations there and they were very helpful.
